This (like most of my stories) is just for fun. On this story I will take any CONSTRUCTIVE criticism because I really do like the idea and where it may be headed so far.
If I rush parts of the story, leave suggestions on how to fix it because I really really do want this story to turn out.
This is a story about a magical land, where all species must work together to keep the order in their world. At the age of 13, each being of each species is gifted an animal at a ceremony called The Summoning.
The most praised animal is a (house) cat, as four cats were chosen to host 4 unnaturally powerful auras. These auras are; Healing, Terror, Earth, Water. There used to be six, but the wrong host was chosen, and the auras were lost. The fallen two were Fire and Wind.
If a cat is summoned, it is speculated that a great misfortune is at hand. Only the children who own them can stop whatever may fall upon the land, even though it could cost more than their lives.
When the demons declare war on the elves, everyone is forced to pick sides. The 4 must meet, and train. For they are the worlds final hope.
