Jayys Blood is on the Dance Floor

chapter 21

Meeting Rocket off stage when the concert was over was the hard part.

He was sitting on a chair all by himself starring into space depressively. Jayy couldn't handle the pitty party.

When he noticed Jayy was back he jumped up and screamed, " how could you do that to me?!" He had teers streaming didn't his face. "ecspecially in front of that many people! I thought -   I thought...."

He began to sob.

Jayy tried to keep from smirking. "and how could you do this to me?" Jayy said motioning to his outfit. "in front of all those people?"

"you have a lot.... Of .... Nerve after I spilled your...secret..." Rocket said inbetween sobs.

"yeah about that ..." Jayy said confronting Rocket. "I know your secret and you deserve what I've done after all you put me through!!!"

"what are you talking about????!"

"I've given up blowpops, cut my hair, dressed as a woman,  and let you eat me!! Just to protect yourrr secret!"

"let me eat you?"

Jayy shook his head. "Weird dream I had but that's behind the point. The point is I thought I was doing it all for my secret but really I didn't have to because Rocket whatever Louis is nineteen years old. Which! Is two years above legal age. Jayy Con didn't rape anyone!"

Rocket jumped back in surprise. "hehehe..." He nervously laughed, "how???..."

"Dahvie and I followed you to the lawyer and listened in on everything... But I just want to know why, Rocket. Why?"

Rocket sniffled. "because!" He cried. "isn't it obvious? Like I told you I was an orphan and I kind of grew up in random foster houses all my life. And I was gay... Well forever ago I heard your music and I fell in love with you Jayy, I fell deeply in love with you. You were what kept me going... My hero. Then all of a sudden I was meeting you! I Rocket Louis got to meet my true love! Even better you told me you liked me! You brought me home! Then ... You told me to leave. I wasn't wanted. You didn't love me..... I was alone again. I wanted you to love me, so I did something stupid to grab your attention and it worked! I was with you! You called me your boyfriend! I just felt so happy and so in love.... I guess my head was too far up my ass that I didn't realize that you didn't return the feeling and my happiness was only fake because you were doing anything for me to not rat you out. Maybe I did know but... I was happy. You weren't sopposed to find out.  Im sorry..."

Jayy did something surprising.  He Hugged Rocket. "why did you fall in love with me way back when, Rocket?"

"because you were you! You didn't care what people thought about you and you werent afraid to show the world your veiw!"

"so you loved me, Blow Pops and all?"

Rocket grinned and nodded.

Jayy grabbed Rockets chin and forced him to look in his eyes. "Rocket,  I did love you. I did, but I can't forgive your actions, I can't forgive what you did to me ecspecially trying to cause tension in between me and Dahvie.... I think our relationship needs a little break. And I want you to know this, you we're a sucky ass boyfriend, but you were a boyfriend."

When they went back to the tour bus, Rocket went into Jayys and his room to pack his things. Jayy had provided him with plane tickets and money to get by with until he was able to settle on his own.

Mid way through packing Dahvie walked into their room.

"im sorry Dahvs..." Rocket began but Dahvie interrupted him.

"I don't want to hear it." He said and stood in the door way watching Rocket gather the rest of his items.

finally Dahvie said, "I just want to know... Who is Bret?"

"my younger brother..." Rocket said softly smileing. "I stole his liscences I forgot.... Oh well I havnt seen him in forever anyways. Like two years. He had to get a new license anyways I don't Know why so I took this one...." He closed his suitcase that Jayy had given him. "goodbye Dahvie, and thank you. and im not dateing Jayy anymore so," he gave Dahvie a small kiss on the lips.

Before leaving, Rocket called the whole band to a meeting. "I just wanted to say thanks for letting me stay with you." Rocket announced. "im really going to miss it here, but I know its time for me to go. You guys all made me have the time of my life! And if you haven't figured out yet, Jayy and I aren't really cousins."

He picked his bag up and gave everyone a hug. "you will all be missed, ecspecially you, Jayy. I will never ever forget this experience! And like Dahvie says, this is not a goodbye, its a see you later..."

Rocket waved at everyone then he was out the door.

Jayy watched as it slammed behind him.

"I feel like I should run after him..."

Jayy whispered to Dahvie.

Dahvie smiled. "don't, your finally free."
