3- Seeing The Pack

Lizzie's POV
When I woke up, Reneesme was still sleeping so I carefully got up to look for Izzy. I find her at the living room reading a book. "Hey there. Good morning." She smiles. "Hi. Good morning." She comes and hugs me tightly. "What was that for?" I ask. "I'm just really happy you're here. I missed so much." "I know. Me too." We sit on the couch. "You know, you never told me why you left." I sigh. "Yeah. Look, I promise I'll tell you okay but I need to see the pack first." She sighs. "Alright. Well, I made breakfast. Are you hungry?" She gets up heading to the kitchen but stops to look at me, waiting for my answer. "Yes but I need to shower first." She nods. "You can use my bathroom. Edward brought your things yesterday and there is a towel on my bed." She says pointing to my bags at the corner of the room. "Great. Thank you sis." I get up, give her a kiss on the side of her head and go to shower.

After finishing the shower, I see that Angel (my nickname for Reneesme) is awake and eating breakfast. When she sees me, she jumps up and runs to hug me. "Good morning aunt Lizzie!" I hug her back and sit across from her. "Hey Angel. Good morning to you too." I say smiling. "Angel?" She tilts her head a bit. "Yes. That's a nickname for you. Hope you don't mind." She smiles really big. "I love it!" I smile again and eat with her while talking about random things. "Where's your mom?" She shrugged. "She went to change and grab my coat so we could go to grandma and grandpa's house. Are you coming with us?" "No. I'm sorry. I have to visit some old friends but I'll be back before you know it." She nodded and Bella came into the room. "Ready to go?" She asked Nessie handing her, her coat. "Yep." We said our goodbyes and went to different ways.

Finally here. I park my car and knock on the door. Sam, my childhood best friend, opened the door and looked at me with wide eyes. "Hi Sammy." I say smiling at him. "Liz?" I nodded and we hugged crying. "I missed you so much. And look at you. You're the Alpha of the pack here. God, I'm so proud of you." He pulled apart. "You knew?" I nodded and sheepishly smile. "Yeah. It's a long story." I said. "Well, let's go inside so you can see everyone and tell us what happened." He said with a smile. "Okay."
After telling them almost everything about me, we talked and I went back to the Cullen's house. Not that they liked me staying there but they knew not to go against me.

The next day, me, Bella, Jake and Nessie went outside on the snow. Nessie was having fun catching snowflakes. Suddenly, Irina Denali, one of the Cullen's 'cousin', appeared at the edge of the cliff looking at us. Bella tried getting to her but she ran. That was weird. After that, we went back home.
"Tanya convinced Irina to come reconcile with us." Carlisle said after turning off the phone. "Well looks like she changed her mind" Edward responded. "Seeing Jacob must have been to much for her." Esme said. "I wish I could have just spoken to her." Izzy said shrugging her shoulders. "She's family. She'll come around." Carlisle replied putting his arm around his mate. *sigh* How I wish I had a mate. Someone to love and care for me. Not that I'm not happy but I feel like something is missing and I hate it. My thoughts were interrupted by the sound of the piano. I smiled. Nessie is a wonderful child. I keep thinking how lucky my sister is. I would give anything to have children. When they finished playing, Alice came in with a vase of flowers and a smile when we were pulled into a vision. *Gasp*

Vision...

Trees. The forest covered in snow. Vampires with black cloaks walking into the direction of a clearing nearby. The Volturi.

End of the vision...

I had to hold on the wall to keep me standing. Visions make me dizzy and sometimes weak. Alice dropped the vase she was holding making everyone look at her. Jasper was quickly by her side. "What is it Alice?" She looked at him. Esme and Carlisle got up. "The Volturi." She looked at us. "There're coming for us." We said together making them look at me. Carlisle came to my aid seeing my skin loose its color and my free hand hold my head while the other held the wall to keep my balance. "How do know?" Alice asked me.
