"Kevin, honey, did you take my phone?!" Connor yelled. He was certain that Kevin had stolen his phone on one of their late nights.
"No." Kevin lied. He re-positioned himself in his seat.
"Are you lying to me?!" Connor asked.
Kevin looked him right in the eyes, "Why would i be?! I'm your boyfriend, I would never!"
"Kevin you can tell me if you did or not, I just need to know if you decided to text Chris or not!"
"If I ever did steal your phone, why would I text Chris? You said I shouldn't text him on your phone asking him to ask out James!" Kevin said. Connor would be probably be mad if he found out Kevin was interfering in Chris and James's relationship but, he knew Connor would also be mad if he found out Kevin was lying. He didn't know what to do. "What did Chris even send you earlier. Didn't his text or something make you suspicious of me?"
"Here I'll show you." Connor said, pulling out his phone and opening Chris's texts:

"It kind of startled me to be honest." Connor explained. "I thought you told him something because of that text. Remember the argument we had over you wanting to text Chris and tell him to ask out James?" Kevin nodded. "Yeah that's what basically started my suspicion."
"Uhh, okay that makes sense." Kevin stuttered. Connor raised an eyebrow.
"You never stutter, what was that?"
"Nothing." Kevin said quickly. He glanced down at his feet and then turned to Connor, who was also sitting next to him, and gave him a quick kiss.
