*Rebekah's POV*

Tea. And lots of it. It had become my obsession lately. I'm guessing I had at least 200 kinds in my pantry. Right now I was drinking British breakfast tea, with more sugar and cream than tea. I need the sugar, staying up late some nights, but mostly not sleeping at all. I thought about adding more sugar cubes, but just decided I didn't want to die of a heart attack.  I stumbled around my apartment until I found my copy of Les Miserables , Which Katelin had insisted I should read instead of going about my "Normal" life. After getting to page 50, I called Katelin out of boredom. Here's how our conversation went:

"Hey."

"..."

"Don't be stubborn."

"..."

"Talk, dangit!"

"What if I don't want to?"

"You just gave in."

"..."

"..."

"I DID NOT GIVE IN!" she laugh-shouted.

I sighed. "Want to go out for coffee?"

"......"

"Yeah, sure, fine, whatever."

"Any preferance?"

"Well-"

My door bell rung. "Hold on a second, someone's at the door."

"Fine."

The only thing I heard from the other side of the door was a female voice talking nonstop. My door didn't have a peep-hole for me to look through, so I just opened the door.

*End POV*

Rebekah opened the door, In a pair of sweat pants and a Green Day T-Shirt.

Sarah was on the other side. Rebekah immediately hugged her, not noticing what Sarah looked like. Sarah yelped, and Rebekah immediately stopped hugging. Sarah clutched her side, wincing.

"I...t-told you I'm n-not a hugging person." She stuttered. She leaned against the wall behind her, still clutching her side and gritting her teeth.

"Katelin, I'll have to call you back."

"Wha-"

"Bye."

She paused, staring at the CALL ENDED screen for a moment, then turned to Sarah.

"Are you okay? What happened?"

"I'm fine!"

A small voice came from the stair well. Alicia was sitting on one of the steps on the stairwell going up. "I'm not."

Rebekah looked from Sarah to Alicia. Thank god she is a doctor. First she looked at Alicia. She was wearing a red tank top and blue jean shorts up to her knees. She had scrapes and cuts all up her arms, and her knuckles were split, probably from defending herself. Her knees were badly scraped, but scabbed over, as were most of her wounds. She had bruses on her shoulders and some on her arms, but worst was her face. Her left eye was swollen shut. Her lip was cut, dried blood came from her nose. There was a long cut from her right ear to her chin. On her arm, there was a capital J carved on her arm, almost carefully. That was all she could see on the surface, but god knows how many bones were broken. Rebekah could tell at least 3, by the way Alicia was moving.

Now she moved on to Sarah. Sarah was looking down at the ground, at her feet. She was wearing an outfit almost exactly like Alicia's, but she was wearing a blue tank top instead of red. Her tank top was stained with red though, and Rebekah felt sick to her stomach as she realized Alicia probably had the same amont of bleeding as Sarah, but the red tank top had concealed it. Looking back at Sarah, she saw a large, deep gash in Sarah's right leg. The rest of her wounds were about the same as Alicia's, but she couldn't see Sarah's face.

"Sarah."

"What."

"Look at me."

"..."

"Sarah."

"..."

"Look at me."

"..."

Rebekah lifted Sarah's chin, dispite Sarah's protests. Her face had a long gash from her forehead to her collerbone. On her cheek she had the same capital J as Alicia, though the cuts weren't as careful. More angry and ragged, the top line of the J crooked and careless. Sarah gritted her teeth.

"Don't..."

"I'm calling an ambulance." Rebekah said.

"No!" Alicia yelled. At the same time, Sarah said a panicked "Don't.." , pulling her head out of Rebekah's hands.

"You're insane. Seriously, you're insane. You've been kidnapped for 3 and a half months, without anyone knowing where you were, and you come to my apartment like this. And now you don't want to go to the hospital??"

"Wait..."

"What?" Rebekah was furious.

"We've been gone..." Sarah said.

"For 3  months?" Alicia finished.

Sarah looked up at Rebekah, afraid.

"Yeah you have... You didn't know that?"

Rebekah was still angry, but less so.

"Ohnoohnoohnoohnoohnoohnoohno" Sarah said, racing down the stairs. About halfway, she stumbled and fell the rest of the way.

"WHAT IN THE NAME OF GOD ARE YOU DONG?" Rebekah yelled, no longer mad.

"My apartment! If I haven't been there for three months, where is my stuff?"

Rebekah wanted to slap herself. Why didn't she think of getting Sarah's stuff?!?!

Rebekah sighed. "I'll get my car! Wait on the sidewalk!"

"Got it!" Alicia said, while Sarah limped out the door.

Rebekah ran out the door after them, and ran twords her car.
