The sound of smashing glass, fills my sleepy head. I don't think to much of it, until I hear Maddison's scream. I shot straight up at the same time as Adam. This is a scream we never hear, something is wrong with her. "Stay here. I heard smashing glass. I think someone might be in the house." Adam jumps out of bed and grabs his pocket knife. I hear his foot steps down the hall. He creeks open a door and yells out to me. "Tia, call triple 0 Maddie's gone." I sink into the bed, my baby is gone. That's the words a mother nearer wants to hear. Adam run back to me turning on all the lights. He grabs his phone and call the police, as I can't move. After the call he comes over to the bed just how he did when I was giving birth. "I'm sorry." He kiss my forehead.
So we spoke to the cops and someone had broken in down stairs and stool Maddie. Everyone has been there for me but all I want is my baby. I need her.
