Chapter 8- Apologizing Spa
“So let me get this straight Abigail and Alana haven’t been talking for the past couple days?” Louis asked and Catherine nodded her head.
“The day we went bowling they were in an intense argument about something and Lou if you would have seen their faces it looked like any moment they were going to attack each other. Catherine, why are they fighting?” Eleanor asked keeping her voice down trying not to wake anyone up.
“Harry, they are fighting over Harry. I don’t get it they are so close and I can remember from when we were little they promised each other they would never fight over a boy no matter how cute he was. When the boys and you guys leave back to your flats it is very uncomfortable in the house, Alley can’t even look a Abby without tearing up. I really don’t like to see them like this and the worst thing is that Alana is hiding her feelings from the boys and you.” Catherine whispered low enough for the couple sitting on Bethany’s couch with her.
“So she lied about the whole ex-boyfriend thing?” Louis whispered back looking in Catherine’s eyes that always expressed her feelings, at that moment her green orbs told Louis that she was sad.
“Yeah, have either of you been noticing how Alana acts around Harry now?” Catherine admitted Eleanor and Louis nodded their heads.
“Even Harry has noticed it. Every time he sits next to her she’ll move or when they end up partners for something she gets angry. Alana won’t look at Harry for nothing, avoids eye contact with him, sit as far away as possible, and she won’t talk to him or even answer him when he asks her a question. The way she is acting is making Harry very confused like he thought they were friends.” Louis confessed looking at Eleanor who was fiddling with her fingers. Catherine shrugged her shoulders as Bethany’s door opened and a wide awake Bethany walked out. She spotted the three people sitting on her couch and walked over.
“What are you people talking about?” Bethany asked sitting next to Catherine with a smile on her face.
“Alana and Abigail,” Eleanor said making Bethany’s smile fall into a frown.
“Cat spilled the beans, Alright look Louis I know Harry is your best friend but you can’t tell him or the other boys. If they find out everyone will feel awkward whenever the three of them are in the room and that is the last thing we want.” Bethany told them in a whisper.
“I like Alana and Abigail they are the sweetest girls ever and so much fun to hang out with, I hate to see them fighting. I know Harry if ever found out they were fighting because of him It would break him since he really likes the friendship we all have. Niall was talking about it yesterday how even if him, Zayn, or Harry date one of the girls that the friendship we all have will grow stronger, but if a break up happens he hopes that nothing will happen to our bond. So telling Harry is out of the question.” Louis admitted and all three girls nodded their heads.
“We should go thanks for telling us what has been going on and we promise we won’t tell anyone.” Eleanor reassured Bethany and Catherine. Louis and Eleanor got off the couch and gave the two girls a hug each. Bethany walked them to the door and let them out. Caroline came out of Bethany’s room when her cell phone pressed to the receiver listening carefully to the person talking on the phone. Catherine got up from the couch and went to the kitchen to make Breakfast, Bethany followed her. When Breakfast was done Alana and Abigail came out their room walking in different directions to the kitchen.
