It was like any other day in school, or so Blue thought, Jughead and her left her house early that morning per Jug's request so, none of their friends would question why Blue drove him to school, and before leaving Blue made sure to double check that her sisters and family wouldn't open their mouths on Jug's living situation.

The two friends decided to stay in the library doing some research on a school project they were working on, when both their phones binged indicating a received message, both from Betty asking them to come to the Blue and Gold.

Entering the school newspaper's room, they both found Kevin sitting talking to Betty frantically.

"What's up, B?" Blue asked as she and Jughead moved to sit down in front of her and Kevin

"Kev."  greeted him.

"Where have you been?" she asked them.

"Library." the newly arrivals answered together "Twin Jinx." they whispered between each other, it was something the Rivers' twins do, and after a bunch of times, Jug and Blue spoke the same thing at the same time, the twins thought it was only appropriate for them to do the same believing that Jug is their sister's long lost twin.

"We were working on a Biology project." for some reason Jug wanted to give Betty a reason why they were together, and then he listed that the reason was so she wouldn't suspect the fact that he and Blue lived together now.

"Then you texted, everything alright?" Blue asked reminding them of the matter at hand.

"Yeah, Kev was just finishing the board." she informed them gesturing behind them.

They both turned to the cork board in the room behind them to find it filled with pictures, snippets from newspapers and notes pinned on it, that wasn't what confused them it was the fact that in the middle of the whole thing, a picture of a certain now dead redheaded boy stood out, which Blue concluded was the one and only Jason Blossom.

"What's that? Where did you come up with that?" Jug asked.

"On the closing night of the drive-in, someone used the fact that I was in the drive-in while dad was patrolling it and broke into our home and wrecked havoc on my dad's murder board," he said while pinning more stuff on the board "Luckily, I had seen it the night before and this is how my dad had his Jason Blossom murder board before it was trashed," Kevin finished pinning the last item on the board.

"Any leads on who did it? or what they were looking for?" the detective part in Jug made him ask as he started analyzing the board.

"Nope, no fingerprints," he turned to face them "They stole a bunch of files, background checks, and all the video and audio tapes of police interviews." once he finished the door to the room they were in opened to reveal a dark skinned boy, who goes by the name Trev, the same one who helped the girls reveal the whole playbook fiasco weeks ago, he was Valerie's from Josie and the Pussycats brother, he looked at Betty once he walked inside.

"Hey, Betty..." he went and stood in front of her after noticing the other three who were in the room as well.

"Trev.... Hi." Betty greeted standing straight from her leaning position she was in, smiling at the boy.

"Sorry to interrupt." he apologized after noticing the board.

"Oh, no... Uh, it's okay." she assured him "We're just, uh, working on..." she was short on words and didn't know what to say until Jughead answered for her.

"Our murder board." that made Blue giggle quietly, punching his arm lightly to which he returned her with a small smirk.

Betty was shocked by Jug's word, but she hid it and just nodded to Trev who stood there.
