"That had to be the best concert of my life" I say.

"Tell me about it; Brendon Urie is a God" Mikey gushes. "The way he performs that's why he's my idol"

"The energy in the room as well was amazing"

"Are you ok though? There was quite a bit of jumping and pushing did you get hurt?" He asks

"Yeah it was no sweat I've been to many concerts which have mosh pits so I was prepared for the worst" I say.

"Strong girl" He jokes. "Anyways I'm glad you weren't hurt"

"Thanks again for inviting me it was so much fun" I say.

"Thanks for agreeing to come it made my experience much better"

"Well you're welcome then"

"Do you want to get some ice cream?" He asks. "There's a 24-hour ice cream shop just through there"

He points to a well-lit pathway.

"Sure" I say. "It's never too late for ice cream"

Michael laughs. "Damn straight"

We walk into the ice cream shop as the chime on top of the door rings.

"Rupert I told you we would still get customers" A middle aged lady says.

"Who on Earth gets ice cream at 11:30 in the evening" We heard a man shout from the back of the store.

The woman chuckles and comes to us.

"Hi there, I assume you're here for some ice cream?" She asks.

"Yes, we are" Michael says. "Can we get two cookies and cream in a tub please?"

I look at him. How did he know that was my favourite flavour?

"Coming right up" She says as she goes ahead and puts the ice cream in two tubs.

Michael looks at me and laughs. "I stalked your Instagram and every picture of ice cream you had, there was cookies and cream, so I guessed"

"Wow you don't sound creepy at all" I say. "But a cute kind of creepy if that makes sense"

"No it doesn't, but most of your pictures are with ice cream so it's not my fault" He says.

"Don't push the blame on me" I say bumping him playfully. "You creep"

"Don't call me a creep" he says. "I was trying to be a gentleman ordering for his girl"

His girl?

"His girl" I repeat

Michael realises what he says and facepalms. "Not like that I mean"

I laugh. "I understand don't worry"

"Thanks...wow that was embarrassing" He says laughing.

"Two cookies and cream" The lady calls out.

We go to the counter as Michael brings out his wallet, but I pay for the ice cream before he could unzip his wallet.

"Keep the change" I say smiling.

"Thank you dear" The woman says.

Michael laughs. "I was going to pay for that"

"Too slow" I say.

"It's nice to see romance in couples, nowadays it's all online" The woman says.

"Uh we're not together we're just friends" Michael says.

"Oh...could've fooled me" The woman says laughing. "Have a good evening"
