(I hate my wifi with a passion -_-)

"Look who's back!" Alexis yelled throwing his arms around me. I laughed pulling away as quickly as I could. "Dude it's been like two years!" Even with the short distance between us, he'd always yell.

"Alexis stop yelling, it's to early for that shit." Andrew laughed walking along side Sky. She offered a small laugh as Alexis continued "but look who it is!"

"I know I can see who it is!" Andrew yelled back moving over to me and giving me a quick hug. "What's up dude, where have you been, you disappeared for like two years."

"I was hibernating." I stated with a laugh. "I needed a break from this loud shit and you two."

Sky gave a questioning look. I was lying through gritted teeth and she knew it.

"My feelings are officially hurt." Alexis said crossing his arms. "No one cared about your feeling Alexis." Andrew laughed "now stop yelling please."

We began to walk down the side walk catching up on the crap that has happened in the past two years. Me and Andrew were talking as we walked in front of Alexis and Sky.

"You've been awfully quiet this morning?" I heard Alexis state as Sky responded. "What?"

"You haven't said a word." Her response was to low for me to hear as Alexis continued "I understand." And dropped the subject at that.

Alexis and Andrew walked their separate and it finally hit me. These dumb asses don't go to the same school. Then it hit me again. If be alone with Sky. Fuck.

I turned over to face her as the boys disappeared from the sidewalk, finally turning the corner. An awkward silence made it's way between us as in attempts to cut it off I stumble at my words. She laughed as I finally got the words "why were you so quite this morning?"

She shrugged her smile dropping in an instant. Sky scanned my expression her eyes flickering up and down from my eyes to my lips. "So I'm guessing you didn't get any sleep?" She stated with a small smile.

"I don't ever sleep Sky." She slightly laughed as I stated "I'm guessing you didn't either?" She shook her head her eyes making their way towards the floor.

"Who's this?" A figure appeared beside her. The girl standing beside her had bright red hair, a piercing on her eyebrow and a band T-shirt on. "Kayla this is Brooklyn, Brooklyn this is Kayla."

I smiled at her as she waved slightly waving. "Is he trying to bag?" She questioned stepping in front of Sky. "No no, calm down dude." Sky stated placing her hand on her friends shoulder. "I'm sure he doesn't even know what that means."

Kayla gave a questioning look as I shook my head still confused about the whole situation. "Who are you Brooklyn?"

"Just an old friend." Sky's eyes shot back up to mine as she stumbled at her words. "Look we're late again. Shouldn't we get going?"

She walked quickly as me and Kayla followed behind her. I scanned her up and down my expression becoming even more confused. She had been wearing a sweater the day I came back and she's wearing one right now. She almost never wore sweaters before. It was always shorts, loose shirts and cardigans. Now it's crew necks, tights, and beanies.

"What's up with all this tension?" Kayla questioned low enough for only me to hear.

"Chemistry."
