I pecked her on the lips and we left. Nash drove us and dropped us off in his car.

We walked inside and I instantly saw someone who I had been avoiding for several days.

I could tell Dani was kind of uncomfortable so I told Jake that I was gonna go introduce her to some people. He totally bought it.

I didn't lie to him. I really did introduce her to some girls that've thought she would like.

"Oh! You tried out for the cheer team right?"

"Yeah. Didn't make it though. Your the amazing new girl everyone is talking about right?"

She looked like she was making friends. I decided to leave.
