A/N: So I feel really bad for yesterday's terrible update cause it was really short so, I'm just gonna write the other chapter and post it today.

HAYES POV

I can't believe what just happened. I have to get Dani back. I've fought so hard for her and I can't lose her now to some edited video. She has to know the truth.

I walked out of my house furious, slamming the front door. I was going to Kara's house to get her to explain the whole thing to Dani.

It took me 30 minutes to get to her house but when I finally did I ran up to her door and knocked on it really loud, I didn't care if anyone else was home.

Her mom answered the door

"Can I help you?! We have people sleeping in this house!"

"Yeah! You can! Go get Kara! I need to talk to her!"

"Watch your tone with me! I'm an adult! Kara can't come down cause she's been sick as a dog all night."

"That's not true! She's been at a party all night!"

"What?"

"Go check if you don't believe me."

Her mom ran upstairs and all I heard was

"KARA!!!"

Man she was mad. She came running downstairs.

"How did you know that?!"

"Cause I was at the same party."

"Why do you need to talk to her? Shes gonna be grounded for a while so tell me and I'll tell her for you."

"I don't think you want to hear it."

"Tell me now!"

"Well she tricked me into going upstairs with her and-"

"You had sex with her?!"

"No! No. She just kissed me. But, she video taped it and I have a girlfriend and she doesn't know that but I guess she doesn't like my girlfriend and she thinks my girlfriend just likes me cause she doesn't know I have a girlfriend. No one does. We keep it a secret so my fans don't harass her. But Kara I guess likes me and she forced me to kiss her. Twice actually. And she posted the video on this really popular twitter account which I guess she owns and my girlfriend saw it and now she's mad at me and called me an ass and broke up with me and I need to get her back!" I finished gasping for breath.

"Oh my god. My daughters a bitch."

"And a bad kisser."

I shouldn't have said that. She gave me this dirty eye.

"Look Kara obviously isn't home right now. I don't know when she'll be home so you can wait here or you can go back to the party and get her."

"No I don't want to go back to the party. If my girlfriend finds out she'll think I'm okay with us breaking up and think that I don't care."

"Well, the only thing I can say is for you to do is go to your girlfriend and explain to her what you just explained to me. If she really loves you she'll believe you."

"Okay, I guess I'll go with that. Wait! Would you mind giving me a ride?"

"Not at all. Let me get my keys."

She got her keys and came back a second later.

"So where do you live?"

"Fransworth Estates"

"You walked all the way from there?!"

"Actually I ran."

"Oh my gosh! Well let's go."

We climbed in her car and the whole way there I only thought about what I was gonna say to Dani.

"So which one is your house. Well my house is that one but do you mind dropping me off at the house four doors down?"

"No. Not at all. Is that her house?"

"Yeah. Thank you so much for this."

"No problem. I'm sorry about Kara. Good luck!"

"Thank you. I'm gonna need it."

I got out of her car and walked up to her door, shaking. I was so nervous. I didn't want to wake anyone up so I went around the back. I climbed up the patio which led to Dani's room. I knocked on her door.

"Hayes? What the hell are you doing here? Leave! Now!"

"I need to tell you what happened."

"No Hayes!"

"Please?" I said sticking my bottom lip out.

"Fine. Two minutes."

"Yay! Thank you! So we were at the party and Kara texted Jake to see if he could tell me to go upstairs cause she needed to talk to me for something about the yearbook. I met her in the office like promised. I started asking her about the yearbook thing when she came and wrapped her arms around my waist. I tried to pull away and I told her I couldn't do this but she kissed me and I pulled away but she kissed me again and this time I got out of her grip and left. I stormed out of the room and that's why I wanted to leave. So she didn't say anything to you."

"You wanted to keep it a secret from me?"

She said that with hurt in her eyes and I felt so bad.

"No. I was gonna tell you I just didn't know when. I wanted to find the right time. Can I come inside? These bugs are eating me alive."

"Yeah."

I walked into her room and we sat on her bed facing each other.

"Look, Hayes. I want to make us work but, there are so many girls that are in love with you. The fact that we had to keep us a secret so your fans didn't threaten me is kinda scary. I don't know if I want that."

I couldn't help myself. She was right there and I missed her so much. I leaned in and kissed her. It was soft at first then came with a little more aggresion. She laid down and I climbed on top of her kissing her. She pulls away and turned her head to the side.

"Hayes,"

"Please?" I whispered in her ear

"Stop. It's hard to be mad at you when your being so sexy."

"Sorry, can't help it."

"See this is what I'm talking about. I don't want to get hurt when I know something like this happen again"

That hurt

"But I find myself every time falling in love with you again for the little reasons. And I miss the way your lips feel when you kiss me and I miss your hand in mine when we walk to and from the bus stop and I miss the piggyback rides up the stairs. I miss all of it when your not around."

"So do you forgive me? Can we be Dayes again?"

"I want to take a little break Hayes"

My face fell.

"Hey but, only during Magcon. It's next week right? And I'm still going?"

"Yeah"

"Then just that week and the next week we might be a couple again."

"Thank you. I love you."

"I love you too Hayes. But don't do anything and I mean anything at Magcon that will make me not want to come back as your girlfriend, okay?"

"Got it. Wanna come back to my house? Your supposed to be spending the weekend there."

"Yeah."

I grabbed her bag and climbed down the way I came up and she climbed down even faster. Makes me wonder how many times she's done this before. I do it all the time and I've never been able to get down that fast.

We walked hand in hand to my house and we collapsed and just slept on the floor in each other's arms. I was gonna get her back no matter what. And that's a promise.

"I love you." I whispered in her ear.

"I love you too."

"I'm sorry" I said as she drifted off to sleep. And I swear I saw a slight smile grow on her face.
