After a few days had passed, Katsuki was out of the hospital better than ever before. He marched proudly down the street with his parent's behind him, huge smirk plastered on his face as his eyes were lit like fires. It was as if he found out how to escape a mutual killing game, the way he presented himself. If anyone saw this 9 year old by himself, they'd probably think he just got away with murder. But he reached home soon enough, inaudible sighs of relief floating around.
"Hey hag! What the fuck happened with Deku?" Katsuki asked as he turned to his parents, the permanent scowl on his face softening a little.
"Don't talk to me like that!" Mitsuki slapped her son over his head.
"Ow! Fucking hell!" Katsuki cursed, clutching his head. "The fuck old hag! I just asked you a fucking question!"
"Don't fucking swear!" Mitsuki slapped her son over the head again,
Masaru heaved out a heavy sigh as he left to the living room, grabbing the newspaper and sitting down. The two ash-blonds continued to bicker till they heard a knock at the front door. Katsuki rushed up to it, hoping it'd be Izuku and swung the door open. It was just the neighbour here to complain about the noise.
"Shut the fuck up old man. I don't give two shits," Katsuki slammed the door in the man's face and stomped all the way to his room. "Fuck it's Sunday! Fucking hell is on tomorrow. Shiiiiiiit."
He collapsed down on his bed, ignoring the shouts from his mother and pushed his face into the soft pillow, groaning. As a wave of tiredness hit him like a brick, he rolled over and stared up at the ceiling, a yawn escaping his lips. The scowl on his face grew as he glared at the ceiling as if it were his enemy. He raised his hand up, grunting before bringing it back down over his eyes.
"I'm still not strong enough. Dammit..."

The next morning came sooner than Katsuki had hoped. He slammed his hand down on the beeping alarm clock, groaning as he sat up and pulled the blinds open. Not a good idea at 6 in the morning. Hissing, he pulled them close and sat up, stretching. He jumped off his bed and ripped open the closet doors, grabbing the black uniform and heading to the shower. About 7 minutes later, Katsuki was pulling on his school uniform and running down to the dining table.
"Took ya long enough." Mitsuki commented as she place the bacon and eggs on Katsuki's plate.
"Shut it, hag."
After shoving the meal down his throat, he hopped up and rushed to the bathroom to clean his teeth. He fixed his hair and grabbed his bag before running to the door. He pulled on his shoes and left, a quick, "see ya" to his parents. He started walking, slowly turning to jogging. All the way over to the train station where he saw Izuku sitting on a bench, looking bored out of his mind.
"Oi Deku." Katsuki called to his friend, the greenette peeking up at the voice.
He turned his head, a large smile spreading across his face as he waved, "hey Kacchan! You're finally here. I was starting to get bored."
"Not starting to. You looked bored out of your mind already," Katsuki huffed and sat next to his friend who pulled him into a sudden hug. "What the fuck?!"
"I'm just glad you're okay," Izuku murmured, tightening the hug. He let go, smiling a small smile at the ash-blond. "I was scared something might've happened. Please, don't ever scare me like that again."
"No promises there." Katsuki joked, lips curving upwards ever so slightly.
"You smiled! Aww!" Katsuki's face lit up as he looked away, the scowl making it's way across his face again. "You're embarrassed. That's so cute."
"Shut it!" Katsuki yelled, turning to his giggling friend. That's when he noticed the painfully obvious purple rings below the cheerful greenette's eyes. "Oi Deku. Have you been sleeping? You've got major eye-bags."
"Huh? Oh, well... umm..." Izuku looked down, scratching the back of his neck. "Guess I was too worried that I didn't get much sleep. Now that you mention it, I'm really tired. Mind if I borrow your shoulder again on the train?"
"Fucking hell. Don't worry about me so much. You need sleep ya damn nerd." Katsuki replied with a sigh.
The train came screeching down the tracks, slowly pulling to a halt. Katsuki grabbed Izuku's hand and dragged him over to the train, stepping on and pushing the greenette to a seat. He sat down next to his friend who fell on his shoulder almost immediately, soft snores escaping his throat. Katsuki heaved out a heavy sigh as he took out his phone, scrolling through Instagram. A few stops after their's and they were at the school grounds. Izuku was still half asleep so the ash-blond dragged him all the way into their classroom. He sat him down and took his own seat, watching Izuku completely collapse onto the table face first.
"Bakugou! You're finally back! Midoriya was worried sick." Hiyori exclaimed as she ran up to the irritated blond.
"Speaking of which. Is Midoriya okay? He slammed his head directly onto the desk." Otonashi said as he pointed over to the sleeping boy.
"He's tired as shit. Didn't get any sleep whatsoever." Katsuki replied.
"Makes sense. Saw his eye-bags just last week. Full blown purple." Kanade said, entering the room and glancing down at the greenette.
"Just let him sleep for now. It'd be best that he caught up on sleep. Being sleep deprived isn't fun at all." Yukine commented.
Katsuki zoned out of the conversation, glaring at the wall like it had commuted murder. He entered a tranced like state, not even blinking. He continued to stare at the wall till the door opened, the teacher entering with tests in hand. Katsuki only groaned as he knew he'd be in for it. Death is waiting for him and he'd gladly take it than doing this test.
