Ok, so I might have confused some people over what Izuku's quirk can do (tho, tbh, I confused myself too)
Quirk: Clockwork
What can it do?
The quirk allows the user to turn back time on one object at a time. They can only use it on inanimate objects (not the sun or people).
The user can also freeze people in time, stopping their movements while everyone and everything else stays normal.
The quirk has evolved more thanks to the villains, allowing the user to freeze time completely until they blink again or just slow everything down around them.Drawbacks: Depending on how the quirk is used and for how long, the user will feel an ache from the affected eye(s) or the eye(s) will be rendered useless for a set amount of time. Their eye(s) will close until the pain subsides enough for the quirk to be used once more.
The quirk can be blocked by glass as the quirk focuses on the glass that covers it, rendering it stable until the glass is removed. It is not affected however by contacts.
Glass is currently the only known way to block the quirk and keep it stable.I hope this helps defuse any questions and helps you understand how the quirk works more. I myself kinda forgot about everything else that the quirk can do, so I hope this clears it up. If anything new arises, that'll be added to this in the start of the second book when I get around to making it.
