Months have passed, time running out till the entrance exam. The duo have been on a strict training plan, jogging around the beach to the park and back every morning. Hitting the gym at least thrice a week after lunch. Quick jog up to an abandoned park where they fought in hand to hand combat and trained their quirks. They had later bought small weapons as Izuku's quirk wasn't much for combat. Later at home, they'd do 100 push-ups and crunches. They both bought weights that they use while eating or after they've finished studying. They were both prepared for whatever the exam throws at them.

Time came the entrance exam, the duo jogging down the street to the train station. Buying their tickets and climbing aboard once the train pulled up, they waited in anticipation for what would come next. The train pulled up to the next station, the duo leaving and walking up to UA, the giant building's windows glistening in the sunlight. Izuku stared in awe at the building, eyes sparkling behind his glasses as they headed past the giant gates.

"It's huge!" Izuku breathed out, a large goofy smile spreading across his face.

"And we're getting in. No matter what," Katsuki smirked beside the happy-go-lucky boy. "So hurry your ass up or we'll be late."

Izuku ran after his friend, jumping over a kicked up stone slab in the ground and up the stairs of the building. He caught up to Katsuki and slowed back to a walk, stars still shining in his eyes. They made their way to the announcement room, finding seats and waiting for the announcement to start. The chatter started to die out as lights shone down to the stage below where Present Mic stood.

"WELCOME LITTLE LISTERNERS TO MY SHOW TODAY! EVERYONE SAY HEY!" Silence filled the room, a few coughs heard, much to the hero's disappointment. "Not much enthusiasm I see. WELL THEN! I'LL QUICKLY PRESENT TO YOU THE RUNDOWN ON THE PRATICAL EXAM! ARE YOU READY?!" Again, the whole room was silent. "As it says in the application requirements, you listeners will be conducting ten minutes of mock urban battles after this! You can bring whatever you want with you. After this presentation, you'll all head to your specified battle centers. The battles will go as followed. There will be three kinds of robots you need to destroy, each with a specified point to them. 1 pointers, 2 and 3. You'll destroy these bots and gather up points. Any questions?"

A tall square bluenette stood up, arm shot up straight. "Sir! On the sheet handed out there are 4 robots, not three. If this is a mistake, it's unacceptable. We, as miners, are here to be molded into exemplary heroes."

"That last robot is the 0 pointer. There's no need to destroy it as it'll gain you nothing. It's there as a decoy. Is that all?" Present Mic replied.

"Yes sir! Thank you!" The square bluenette sat back down.

Present Mic finished the presentation with a loud, "PLUS ULTRA!" in which everyone had finally replied. Everyone filed out, heading to their assigned battle centers. The duo parted ways with a quick "good luck/you better make it in". Izuku, once reaching a locker room, removed his jacket and hooked up a stretch-out staff, dagger and knuckle-brass onto his belt. A small smile crossed his face. He placed the jacket into his locker, as well as his glasses. He closed his left eye, walking out of the locker room and towards his battle center. He exited the building, seeing close to 100 people standing before his battle centre, all stretching or just trying to focus. Izuku looked around a bit, seeing the tall square bluenette standing close by with his arms straight down at his sides.

'This'll be harder than I thought.' Izuku mentally sighed, trying, but failing to calm his nerves.

Jesus Christ man. You need to chill out. No need to get cold feet.

'Easy for you to say. You don't have to do any of the fighting.'

Alright, alright. No need to get sassy with me. Just stay calm. Don't focus on the other participants. Just focus on yourself and destroying these robots.
