The ship arrived to a grand reception, they were ambassadors from a superior kingdom so it wasn't shocking to see the crowned prince waiting for them mounted on a black horse with eight knights on white horses behind him, four on each side.

Saying the crowned prince was handsome was an overstatement. He had very average dark brown eyes and was a brunette, his lips were average, rather thin but there was a certain charm that surrounded him that made him stand out from the commoners.

"Raymond.. the crowned prince, what do you know about him?" Earle whispered to her older brother as they stood at the edge of the ship who only turned to stare at her with a brow raised questioning her motive, she couldn't help but feel embarrassed at his gaze. "..Never mind then...."

Loud trumpets played by an extravagantly adorned band played what seemed like a rather patriotic military march, the citizens cheered as the crown prince slowly trotted towards the group who had walked down the ship. As the prince approached he dismounted his stallion and tilted his head towards Raymond; "Welcome to the Nieve Empire!" Raymond watched the prince bow without the intent of returning the courtesy; Earle half expected the prince to react in a haughty way but rather he just smiled and carried on talking.

It then occurred to her that coming from the country that started the cold war must be very humbling since they were bankrupt. The other kingdoms involved did not appreciate being dragged into a war so the Nieve Empire had been blacklisted, unable to form any trade from surrounding kingdoms they withered and the citizens also withered.

It was very likely this prince was aware of his status in the face of a prince from a leading Kingdom, he was well aware of how useless the royalty from the Nieve Kingdom had become, yet he questioned why the crowned prince had chosen to marry one of his imperial sisters.

"Please follow me to the carriage in between the holy knights-"; Raymond walked off holding Earle's hands without even acknowledging this poor prince, The little princes turned back to look at the prince's hands before hoisting up her dress and stepping into the silk padded carriage.

"Hey, Grey what are holy knights? I've never seen them before...Earle said as she stared at the eight men surrounding them as she realized none of them had weapons but were solely dressed in what looked like obsidian armor with different emblems. She could recognize one of the emblems but from where?

"The Holy knights are something our kingdom doesn't have, but I have read it's because we have different church systems..." Earle listened and she couldn't help but feel that this world was religion meets politics, It was rather interesting but unfortunately she wasn't very religious like her family, but she was currently indifferent to their beliefs.

The streets were filled with the chatter of curious citizens who hadn't seen or heard of the little princess. This blissful state of happiness was short-lived as a woman rushed forth throwing herself on the floor forcing the carriage to halt.

She screamed barbarically and bashed her head against the floor. The knights stilled unsure of whether to treat the woman without care or treat her in a kind manner.

"Your majesty!" The woman screamed with such a cracked voice that Earle was compelled to look out at the woman.

What a miserable sight.

Beautiful blonde hair dirties with blood, mud, and twigs. Delicate skin scratched and laid bare for everyone to see, her eyes stared directly into her eyes and she muttered a few words.

"Ξέρω τα σχέδια που έχω για σας!"

I know the plans I have for you!

The guards clenched their weapons unsure of what the woman was saying.

"I have forgiven the devil!"

absolute silence.

Then an uproar!

She was held, slapped and dragged away with no thought of her human rights.

Earle didn't even blink. She couldn't help but feel that this outburst was bad. Very bad.

She sat back down and looked at her shaking hands.

She was scared.

Scared of what?

She didn't know.

An irrational fear that was seemingly from thin air.

She didn't know what to do.

But prophecy.
