Hazel's P.O.V:

My supply gathering group consisted of me, Frank, Percy, and the new kid Theo. He seemed nice, but he wasn't one for talking. I don't blame him. He is surrounded by strange people in a time probably very different from his own. I can relate a bit. I still have difficulty adjusting to my new life. Things are very different. Hopefully, this kid can go back to the way things usually are for him.

"Alright, Leo said we need to grab a bag of tools he had in his cabin. Where did he say it was?" asked Percy, breaking the silence.

"He said it was a plain brown bag on his bed." said Theo quietly. He gripped his spear tighter.

'There's no need to be nervous," I say, hoping to help him calm down." this will all be over soon, and you can go back to your family." Theo looked at me and smiled a bit. I smiled back, glad I could help.

We walked in silence again for a few minutes until Frank tried to start a friendly conversation with Theo. "So, uh, Theo...what's life like...in the future...and stuff?" Frank was stuttering a lot. I try to hide my giggles. I love that adorable dork.

"It's nice," Theo replied, sounding very polite." it's not all that different from now, actually. I mean, mortal technology has advanced, and there are a lot more demigods, so monsters are less of a threat. And, uh, yeah. That's about it."

"So are you a demigod?" asked Percy. I think we were all wondering that.

"No, actually, my parents are both demigods." said Theo. So I was right with my predictions.

"Are you greek or roman?" Percy continued.

"Roman. Both of my parents are Roman demigods." Huh. I hadn't even thought about whether this kid was greek or roman. Thank you, Percy, for asking the question, even though it was kind of irrelevant.

As we got closer to the cabins, we realized we probably can't just walk in with this stranger.

"So what do we do?" asked Frank.

"Maybe we can disguise him?" suggested Percy.

"Like what?" said Theo, a little nervous.

"I don't know, a trash can?" said Percy.

"You, my friend, have seen to many movies."

"Shut up, Frank." said Percy, not even trying to hide the smile on his face. Frank and I grin as well.

"So, do we even have a plan?" asked Theo.

"Not really," I said, looking at the ground. "I guess we should just go to the cabin and hope for the best?"

"Sounds good to me." said Percy. We turned around and saw Chiron staring us in the face.

"Now, what are you kids doing this time?"
