For once I want to be fought for and not to fight
For once I want to be giving compliments without fishing for them
For once I want to feel loved
For once it would be nice to feel like I'm wanted
All I ask is for you to make me feel like I belong
Like I'm enough the way I am
I know I'm not perfect
I never will be
Can you take me the way I am?
Or am I to much?
I know I'm broken
I know that I'm going to take some work
I know that I'm probably not worth it but I wish someone would at least try
