POV Little elf

The talking wakes me up, well arguing, more like. I shift groaning at the tired ache in my head a sure sign of useing my powers too much. The bald, eggish guy and the (mean?) lady from before don't seem to notice. The short guy and the tall, horned one do though.

"Hey, kid that was quite the fall back there. You okay?" the (nice?) short guy says elbowing the lady. ' What was her name? Oh.. Yeah! Evvie! And the short guys name? Uh.. Varric, I think. I know it started with a V.'

"Um... I uh.. I think so?"

"Good... Good um.. I'm sure you must be hungry. I'll go get you a bowl of stew."

I immediately brighten up my ears twitching adorably. After all he's giving me food. So he MUST be a good person!

"Stew! Like real stew, with meat and everything?!"

"Yep! Good old, meat and potatoes." Varric says bringing a bowl of glorious stew to my shaking hands. I bring a spoonful to my lips and the amazing tast of ram and potatoes graces my tongue.

"It's so.. *sniff* so... *sniff* *sniff* So good!" I cry out tears streaming down my cheeks. I sob, realizing just how scared and alone I must have felt. I must feel.
"D-don't cry kid! Ah.. Shit. What do I do?" Varric says awkwardly comforting me.
"What's wrong dalen?" the bald egg guy asks me, kneeling to my height.
"I-I'm just s-so relived." I answer. After all Varric is nice so these people must be nice too. "I've been alone for so l-long, with n-nothing to do but grow p-plants and m-make a-animals."
They all seem to freeze and they all have some sort of silent conversation with their eyes.
"H-hey kid did you say, animals?"

"Y-yeah... I started out with plants, but they don't make the best of c-company." I answer, my tears finally calming down.
"Um.. O-okay... Stay here for a second, us adults need to have a talk." I nod yes in answer. They go off too the side. The egg guy makes some sort of barrier thing and I can't hear them anymore.

POV Evvie

"Did you hear what I heard or am I going insane?" Animals? Did she really say animals? I mean plants are one thing but animals are a whole different level!
"I did Boss, I did... Maybe we should just off her." Bull suggests
"What? No! She's just a kid!" A freaking strong kid, but still!
"Tch! The Qunari are always condemning, what they don't understand." Damn I don't think I've ever seen Solas so angry before. He's absolutely furious! So furious you could probably cook an egg on his bald egg head! I almost snort at the thought. Ihrough sheer willpower alone I, somehow, manage not to.

"No! I mean it's dangerous, I know but she's just a kid! A kid that has obviously been through some kind of shit in her life." Varric says

"That's why she's dangerous. She's untrained and with that level of power someone could die. If she gets angry the whole of Skyhold could blow up!"
"Sigh.. That's enough guys! Bull I understand your worries, but we can't just leave her here and I won't just kill a child! Besides she won't be untrained for much longer anyway, Solas will make sure of that." Sheesh! Killing children! He can't actually believe, that I would be okay with that! Solas and Varric relax in relief at my words.
"The main thing is, how is it even possible? I mean I know there's advanced creation magic that makes plants and even insects but I've never heard of one that creates animals." And never one that lasts for very long. They tend to die pretty quickly, but these trees have been here at least a month. Are they permanent?
"I am unsure of the logistics of it, but it does apear to be an advanced form of creation magic. Well beyond what I have seen. The only comparison would be the cities of Elvanen. With their buildings grown from trees." Solas answers. Buildings of trees? Wouldn't that get drafty? And flammable, how did they keep warm or even cook?
"Now that we've desided we're not going to kill the kid. Can we work on getting her to actually agree to come with us?" Oh.. Yeah that's true we did leave her sitting there.
"Yeah... She seems to trust you the most Varric. So you should be the one to ask her."
"Oh fine." I nod at Solas to take the privacy barrier down. And Varric starts negotiations.

Hey y'all! Thank you so much for waiting. Your comments mean so much to me! Sorry about the wait! My mom's been really sick lately. Her kidneys haven't been working right. The doctors still doing tests but we're pretty sure she needs a transplant. Luckily, both me and my brother are willing, and our kidneys are working fine so we got that covered! Well, vote and comment!
Love y'all!
