After an hour Angel, Katana and Isabella were out the back wearing sport gear. They wanted to train so they could be ready for when Sebastian attacked. They knew he would be coming soon enough because they had kept Rodrigo alive. As Oliver finally arrived, the men all went to the office so gather ideas for their plans.
Katana wanted to know how good the girls were at their fighting skills because you see, Katana was an assassin before she met Lee Wang. But she still teaches martial arts, she practices with samurai swords and of course, she brought hers with her. Katana was going to teach the girls to use weapons like that because they didn't know if Sebastian men were trained like that or just went bare knuckled.
So, it was really important that they leant this.
Katana threw practice sticks to each of the girls because they weren't going to be practicing with swords.
Katana went through some of the stands that they needed to know and some of the twirling of the sticks but in all it was really to block the attackers' hits. After 30 minutes of going through the basics of all this. It was time to act like they were going up against Sebastian's and his men.
"Right, since you have been working on your fighting bring that into this, okay?" Katana asks the girls as they both nodded, since Angel fought Luca, she wanted to learn how he kicked off his foot did a spin in the air and landed his foot right against her cheek.
And since Isabella and Angel were flexible it will work perfect. "Ready girls! 3.. 2..1 GO!"
When Katana said go Isabella and Angel started to spin the sticks at each other "You have to feel like it is a feather. Think that it is light and make a move" Katana yells out as Isabella tries to pretend to stab Angel but she moved out of the way by doing a flip.

"YES, Girl that's it!" Katana yells out clapping her hands. It was now Angel turn to attack Isabella. After her flip she got up and when at Isabella, but Isabella was too quick for Angel and stopped her by blocking her and pushing her away. Katana threw Isabella another stick so now she had two while Angel had only the one. As Isabella swung her sticks around Angel was blocking each hit stepping back as Isabella stepped forward each time, she swung those sticks around.
