The Blizzard (English version)

Chapter 1 - The plan.

It's the last year at High School for the four friends Mariette, Alya, Nino and Adrien. This day they have stayed after class to work on their group project together.

"My parents are going away today, so I can't stay long. I have to take care of the bakery" Marinette looked at the watch worriedly.

"Don't worry" Nino said, "we are almost done!"

"Hey Marinette, if you are home alone tonight, we could come over to you and watch a movie. Just the four of us." Alya winked at Marinette and punched her elbow into her side.

"Ouch! Ohh Of course. W.. We can do that." Marinette studded and blushed at the same time.

Marinette still had a crush at Adrien after three years, but she still hasn't had the gut to tell him that.

"I have to check with my dad first but I have no photoshoot tomorrow so it should be fine" Adrien said.

" Cool man" Nino screamed.

Nino and Alya looked at each other like they were thinking the same thing, but Marinette and Adrien saw the look and knows what that meant. Marinette rolled her eyes.

"I will try to come tonight Mariette, so you don't be alone with those two" Adrien whispered so only Marinette could hear.

"Oh, th.. Thank you" Marinette studded again and got a smile as a reward from Adrien.

Adrien had originally planned to go out on patrol and hopefully bumped into Ladybug, he still loved her, but she had told him so many times that she loved someone else. "Well, she's being honest at least" thought Adrien.

"I really have to go! Come when you want, I close the bakery at 6 pm" and with those words Marinette ran off.

The three looked at her and suddenly Alya turned to Adrien.

"You better be there tonight Mr Agreste!"

"So you and Mr Drool here can make out the best you want?" Adrien raised an eyebrow when he said that.

"Duh!" Nino rolled his eyes.

"You two are hopeless but calm down, I will persuade my father. I don't think it will be to hard."

When Adrien got home, he got the same feeling of emptiness he usually gets. He knocked on the door to his father's office.

"Come in!"

"Hi father. I have something I want to ask you."

"Okay, what is it about?"

"My friends will go to Marinette Dupeng Cheng tonight and watch a movie. Can I have your permission to go too?"

"But it's a school day tomorrow! Don't you have any homework to do?"

"We worked on our project today and everything else is done. And I have no work tomorrow either."

"Hmm, I guess it will be okay then. That Marinette girl has a good influence on you."

"You think?" Adrien were surprised that his father knew who Marinette was. "Yeah, she's a good friend!"

"I still remember that hat she made, she's talanted."

"Yes, that one looked amazing!" Adrien got a feeling that he's proud of Marinette.

"Alright, you can be with your friends tonight. But then you have to practice extra on the piano tomorrow."
