"Wait... you're... an ARMY? Like a fan of BTS?" Katie asked me. She doubled over in laughter, holding her stomach.

"Oh my God, lame!" She yelled. I turned around, clenching my fists to hold back the tears brimming in my eyes. I honestly thought Katie was my friend. But I guess not.

That must've been the millionth comment that said that. So I've had enough.

Once I got home from school that day, I went on my computer and looked up my ancestry. My parents never told me we were Korean, and yet, I'm 25%. I look through the huge net of cousins and aunts and uncles, but then I see something that makes my heart skip a beat. There's a nice, visible, thick line connecting me, Angela Park, to the one, the only, Park Jimin. I almost threw my laptop, but I refrained, standing up and screaming. The tears still in my eyes finally fell, leaving me sobbing happily.

"Ange?" My mom yelled. "Are you okay, honey?"

I ran downstairs with my laptop, showing the screen to my mom. "Mom, why didn't you tell me?"

"I was afraid."

"Of what?"

"Your privacy."

"Fuck privacy Mom, I'm related to Park Jimin!" I ran back up to my room, catching a glimpse of the fansign ticket pinned to my wall. This is my chance.

*November 30th, 2013*

I woke up to the sound of No More Dream on my alarm and jumped out if bed at ten AM. "Today's the day," I sang. Today was the day i would meet Park Jimin. My bias, and, crazy enough, my cousin.

I got dressed and headed downstairs for breakfast, seeing nothing but a plate of pancakes sitting on the counter. I took the plate, walking to my bedroom and grabbing my phone.

I got into my car and started driving to the fansign, my hands shaking. It's now or never, Angela. You've gotta do this.

Once I got there, my knees felt weak and I walked in slowly. The crowd was huge, but I saw the seven boys sitting at the front of the room. It took about half an hour, but I finally got to the table. Namjoon was first.

"Hi, what's your name?"

"Angela."

"A beautiful name for a beautiful girl. Bye, Angela!"

"Bye." I made my way through the next 4 members, Jin, Suga, J-Hope, and V. Then I finally reached Jimin.

"Hi... Angela."
