When Life was Just a Game (Ben Hardy x oc)

**One week later**

*Delilah's P.O.V.*

We were all on set early this morning. We were going to film the beginning scenes where Freddie meets the band. I was in the hair and makeup room waiting for Ben to get into his costume. He walked in a few moments later.

"What the hell are you wearing?" I asked

He was in a dark blue shirt, with a long sleeve denim button up over it. And was wearing a pair of bright red shorts, paired with socks and a pair of sneakers.

"Don't worry, I hate it too." He said sitting down

I walked over to the table where they kept the wigs. I saw the one Ben needed to wear and grabbed it. Before I had the chance to walk away, somebody spoke to me.

"Hi Delilah!"

It was Julie. I put on a fake smile.

"Hi Julie."

"Isn't it wonderful that we get to work together?"

"Yeah. I would love to talk, but I have to get Ben ready." I said walking away

"Ok, talk later?"

I ignored her and walked back to Ben.

"You ok?"

"I'm fine." I said

"Don't lie. I know that look, something is bothering you."

"Ben really, I'm fine."

He just shook his head and kissed my cheek.

I took the wig and placed it on his head, pinning it down and styling it. When I was finished, I took a step back to look at him. I quietly laughed.

"I hear you." Ben said

"It's just funny." I said

He rolled his eyes. I had to do some makeup next. Nothing much. I put some on him. Taking one final look, everything seemed to be alright.

"My work here is done!" I said

He stood up and gave me a hug.

"I need your help really quick if you don't mind." He said

"I'm responsible for only your hair and makeup, so I don't mind." I said

He linked fingers with me and led me to the set. It was a bar with a stage at the front. There was a drum set.

"Let me guess, you need my help with a song?"

"Just one part. I've been trying to learn it forever, but I just can't get it right."

"Which song?" I asked

"'Doin Alright'"

I had to think for a second, somehow I knew which part he was talking about. So I showed him how to play it.

"Thanks Lila." He said

"Don't mention it."

Shortly after I was done teaching Ben, they announced that they would start shooting in two minutes. I was fixing Ben's makeup when someone started talking.

"Hey Ben! Who's this?"

I turned around.

"Oh hi Jack! This is Delilah."

"Lila, this is Jack. He plays Tim Staffell."

I shook his hand.

"Nice to meet you." I said
