Jenny's POV
Jack leads me out to his car and opens my door. He runs over to his side and I smile a little bit.
I slam my door and he looks at me. "Why so mad?" He asks making me laugh a bit.
"I'm not mad. Unless you don't tell me where we're going," I say and he snickers.
"Guess you're gonna stay mad." He says and I roll my eyes, seeing him take a left turn.
"Shit, I went the wrong way." He mumbles and I laugh.
"Smooth mooves, Johnson." I say and he rolls his eyes.
"Okay, Miss Jennifer." He says and I scowl.
"I hate my full name," I complain and he turns around.
"That's why I said it," He says.
"Okay, okay." We drive about 15 more minutes in complete silence.
It was comfortable though.
He stops in a forest. I quirk an eyebrow at him and he nods at me.
We get out and I look around.
"It's gorgeous," I say and he mumbles something.
"What?" I ask and his gaze snaps to me.
"Nothing, what I didn't say anything." He says in a funny voice.
"Okay," I look at him weirdly and he takes my hand and leads me into the trees. I look up and gasp.
"Oh, my. Jack, it's a tree house..."
"Yeah that's kinda the point" he said grabbing my wrist pulling me towards the tree house
he pulled me up the ladder and into the tree house
"jack this view is beautiful" I said while turning to him
"Yeah I know, my dad built this for me when I was a kid and I kinda forgot about it for a while"
"how could you forget about something like this?"
"I don't know."
jack wouldn't look up for a while, and when he did he looked at me
"Jenn I need to tell you something" he said looking directly into my eyes
"okay what is it?"
"Jenn I really like you. Like a lot. Maybe even love you. But I don't know, but I do know that you're beautiful, and perfect and I just really really like you. And I'm sorry but that's the truth." he looked back at the floor
"Jack...look at me"
he looked back up at me, placing his hand on mine.
"Yeah"
he looked as if he was going to break down
"I really like you too...."
he looked happy now
"Jenny"
he looked at me for almost a second before crashing his lips into mine.
It was perfect. it was soft, and passionate. and just amazing
He kissed me for about 30 seconds before pulling away to answer his phone (a/n I know it's weird)
I can't believe that just happened. To understand how happy I am you have to know that I have waited for that kiss since the 5th grade. And he was a really good kisser too.
