I woke up with a small headache in a moving boat. I held my head and held out a groan of pain as I sat up.
"Sorry about the head ache. it's an after thing of the serum it let's you know it won't work anymore." Elijah explained.
At first I was confused but then everything came flooding back. Telling the truth, Elijah kissing me.
"So your an angel?" he asked.
"Yes." I answered. he knows the truth now.
"So were you actually freaked out about the car thing?" he asked.
"Yes." I said walking to the passenger side of the speed boat.
"You mind telling me why?" he asked.
"When I was killed i was hit by a car. the reason I cried listening to the radio was because it was a song that my boyfriend and I dedicated to eachother. or should I say fiancé no I should probably say ex considering I died right after I said yes." I explained.
He just nodded.
"While you were knocked out I searched every island in the Bahamas. it took a long time." he said. every island? that's a lot.
"To find Jake you must use your magic." a voice said in my head. I must use my magic to find him, that's it! I closed my eyes and focused on Jake until I felt a tug on my neck. I opened my eyes and found my necklace with a blue tint around it pulling it in front of me, then suddenly we crashed on to an island making me fly forward into the sand.
"Are you okay?" Elijah said jumping out of the boat.
"Yeah I'm fine." I answered.
I stood up and tore my necklace from my neck and let the necklace hover from my hand.
"These were in the back of your car." he said handing me a leg holster and a 9 millimeter. I tied the holster around just above my knee and put my gun in it. I felt inside my boot and remembered I had a knife inside it in a pouch I had for it.
"What's that?" Elijah asked pointing to the ground. I followed his finger and saw a trail of footprints and a trail of drag marks that went In to the small forest.
"Our way to finding Jake." I answered. Then we followed it. And with our luck it started pouring and the dirt turned to mud. we walked grumpily through the forest and then I slipped.
"Julie!" I heard Elijah shout as I tumbled down a hill. there were twigs that scratched me and rocks too, I even felt a deep cut go Into my leg. Then after an eternity I came to a stop and saw Elijah at my side.
"Are you okay?" he asked.
"Honestly no." I could feel the blood draining from my leg. I couldn't die but I will certainly pass out. I must've hit an artery or something. soon everything started to blur and I saw Elijah speaking but I couldn't hear him, his voice was distant.
I looked to my other side and saw Jake running towards me with a worried face.
"How did you escape?" I could heard Elijah's voice ask.
"He let me go and he wanted me to give a message to someone named Tiffany." I heard Jake answer.
"What was it?" Elijah asked.
"I will find you." he quoted as black lined my vision.
"Will be she okay?" Jake asked and I drifted to dark ness before I could hear Elijah's answer.
~ Jake's POV ~
"I'm letting you go." my captor told me. he just got off the phone with some one a couple ours ago and he gave me blood to heal me. that was weird.
"What do you mean?" I asked.
"Officer Berkley(Elijah) is coming with a woman named Tiffany to rescue you and I want you to give them a message. and I assure you this won't be the last you see of me." he said. after I was untied he ran me to a top of a hill and was gone.
Then I heard talking. and a scream.
"Julie!" someone yelled and I saw someone start running towards a blonde laying on the ground. Julie. He came to his knees but I couldn't hear what he said.
That was an officer. help. I started running towards them and met eye contact with Julie. her bright eyes looked tired and hurt. then I got a glimpse of her leg. blood was draining from it like a waterfall. I noticed the officer was the officer who was last seen at the jail with Julie.
"How did you escape?" he asked as he tore off some of his tank top.
"He let me go, he wanted me to give a message to someone named Tiffany." I answered and looked back at Julie. her face was pale and her eyes looked worse.
"What was it?" he asked as he tied the scrap of clothe around her leg.
"I will find you." I quoted.
"Will she be alright?" i asked.
I looked back at Julie expecting to see her blue eyes but they were closed.
"Yeah, she just has lost a lot of blood." he answered.
"Do you have any idea who Tiffany is?" he asked.
"He said she'll be with you." then it hit me. Julie has to be her it has to be.
"I'll ask her when she wakes up." he said slightly stroking a stray hair and putting it behind her ear.
"She's shared more secrets with me than anyone." he added in a mumble.
I saw something move in the corner of my eye and Officer Berkley must've as well when we both stood up staying next to Julie's side. A small floating object that looked like a locket floated in a blue tint and came into Julie's right hand. The color castle returned to her hands, arms then as it completed her face her bright blue eyes opened and were as dazzling as ever.
She gasped as she took a deep breath. she slowly put the necklace on herself. I looked over to officer Burkley. he didn't seem surprised as for me I'm sure my eye balls were popping out of my skull. she slowly stood up and almost fell down so she leaned on a tree.
"So that magic of your won't heal your leg?" Officer Burkley said.
"No. it just revived me." she answered, removing the bloody tank top scrap. The cut had stopped bleeding and looked like it had bed stitched up.
"How the hell-" I started but she interrupted me.
"My magic also stitched it up but I will still feel the pain of it now." Julie said.
"We need to get back to the boat." Officer Burkley said. "here let me help you Julie."
"You mind if I call you Elijah?" Julie asked as Officer Burkley took her arm and put it around his shoulders.
"Not at all. on one condition." he said and she narrowed her eyes at him. "if can call you by your real name."
She pursed her lips. and leaned in next to his ear and whispered something.
"Alright, Jake, Tiffany back to the boat." Officer Berkley, I'm just gonna call him Elijah, said.
I walked behind them and then I inspected Julie- I mean Tiffany's outfit. She looked fit, like she's been training. once we sat in the boat me and Tiffany sat eye to eye.
"Who was the man that kidnapped you?" she asked softly.
