Annie

The next morning, I wake up to the loud buzzing sound of my alarm. "Ugh.. shut up!" I cover my face with my pillow. After, few minutes of not wanting to get up, I didn't had a choice but to get up. I had to get dressed and get ready for school.

First day of school, me and Johnny are traveling by bus since our cars are with our mum back in Maryland. She's been sending them to us since the beginning of the summer, they haven't arrived yet, apparently she's been busy. Yeah heard that one before.

Anyways, let's actually get out the bed. As, I got up, slid my sleepers on and made my way to my bathroom. I'd brushed my teeth and my hair then got all dressed up. I was wearing  plain black ripped jeans with a white crop top. And of course with my dirty white vans.

Grabbed my backpack and headed down stairs. "Good morning!" Johnny said as taking a bite of his apple. "morning" I said back. I went to the kitchen and grabbed my self a cereal bar, an red apple and a bottle of water.

"Hurry up, Anns! I don't want to be late on my first day of school" Johnny shouted as he walked out the front door.

"Hold up! I'm coming" I shouted back. I ran to the front door and locked it. Dad might be asleep or at work so I better lock the door just incase if he's a work.

Two minutes later we were at the bus stop. I recognised one person from the crowd it was Hayden.

"Hey!" Johnny wave at Hayden. "Hey, bro!" He said walking up to us. "Hey, Annikans!" He smirked. "I said not to call me that!"" I rolled my eyes at him.

"Hayden, aren't you going to introduce us with your new friends?" A girl spoke behind him, he turned around and place his hand over her shoulder.

He has a girlfriend?! I questioned my self. "Oh, Yeah! Sorry... this is Johnny and Annikans. They are kinda new here." Hayden pointed at us. "Hey, it's nice to meet you! I'm Kenzie!" She spoke. "You too, and by the way my name is Annie not Annikans" I giggled. "Whatever?" Hayden rolled him eyes.

"Is he always this annoying?" I'd asked Kenzie. "Unfortunately" she laughed. "Hey, I'm Carson" he hold his hand out. Johnny and I, both shook it.

"Hi" I replied. "So, when did you guys moved to Attaway?" Kenzie asked. "We been here all summer but didn't really hangout much" Johnny replied with a smirk. I know that smirk, he likes her. He's going to try and get her to be his girlfriend.

Few minutes have passed and two more girls join in. "Hey, sorry we late Jayden didn't know what to wear!" She exclaimed. "oh, new people. Hey, I'm Lauren." She shake our hands. "Wow! Lauren and Johnny look a lot a like" Hayden point out. "Hmm?!" Johnny questioned. "Look! You two look more like sibling than you and Annie!" Hayden said once again. "Yeah maybe a little" Johnny replies confused at his comment.

"Anyways, when is the bus coming?" I'd asked to change the subject. "It should be here soon!" unfamiliar voice replied. I glance at him as he spoke.

"I don't think we officially met, I'm Asher, and you are..?!" He questioned. "Oh, Hey Asher. I'm Annie. It's nice to meet you!" I smile at him. "Ohh, someone is flirting!" Hayden tease. I rolled my eyes once again at Hayden. Johnny wasn't jolly about that.

He's so over protective. He doesn't let me date anyone, after the accident that happened with my ex. I won't go into details now maybe later.

The bus finally arrived, I sat with Jayden. Kenzie and Lauren sat together in front of us. Hayden and Johnny behind Asher and Carson on the other side of the bus. We all talked throughout the bus journey to school. Maybe this year is going to be different and I actually find some good friends. Jayden seems very nice, so does Kenzie and Lauren.

We finally arrived at school, we all made our way inside the school. I looked at my timetable to check my first period.

"What do you have first, Annie?" Kenzie wondered.

"Umm..maths" I replied looking down at the paper.

"Damn it! I have English. Too bad I wouldn't have told you who you should stay away from and who you can be friend with!" She exclaimed.

"Hahah thanks I think I'll be fine" I laughed.

"I'm serious! You can't be hanging out with them weirdos" she said.

The smile on my face disappeared, weirdos. A thing that I was back in my old school. I gave her a faint smile then turned to face Johnny. He placed him hand over my shoulder and whispered to my ear.

"Are you okay?" He questioned. "All good!" I whispered back.

"I'm sorry- I didn't want to make you upset" Kenzie apologist.

"No, you don't have to be sorry. It's okay. Just something that you said reminded me of my old school. It's okay" I smiled at her and she smiled back.

"I have maths, so we can walk together" Asher suggested.

"Yeah, that would be nice" i smiled and he smiled back. "Annikans, stop flirting with other boys when I'm here!" Hayden joked around, once again I rolled my eyes. I roll my eyes every time he opens him mouth. Haha.

"Aww is Hayden jealous of me flirting with other guys" I mock him, everyone laughed. He didn't replied to my comment.

"Hahah, good one Annie" Kenzie high five me. I'm confused are they dating or just fooling around, because I think she's not the only one. The bell rang and everyone made there ways to the first period. I walked with Asher and Lauren since they both were in my class.
