Annie

The next morning, I woke up with a wide smile all over my face. Asher and I are hanging out today and I couldn't be any happier. After, spending about an hour on my phone I'd decide to get ready. Went to my bathroom and brushed my teeth and my hair. Another, 10 minutes pass of me deciding what should I do with my hair, I decide to curl it, and half up and half down. Finally, finishing my hair, I'd applied some make up, making me less looking like a zombie. Suddenly, I got a text from Kenzie.

Kenzie ❣️

Kenzie:
Hey, sorry that you couldn't come over last night. We have missed you. Also, if you want we can go out for breakfast, just us girls. Are you up for that?

Annie:
Oh, hey ! I would love to, but I've kinda got plans to go out with Asher this morning. Maybe afterwards we can meet up.

Kenzie:
Ohhh!!! Annie got a date!!!! 😬😲🤧

Annie:
Haha... it ain't a date. Just two people hanging out. 🙄

Kenzie:
Exactly, two people hanging out. Female and male. Aww. I'm so happy for you, but watch out for Nadia she can be a real bitch.

Annie:

Also, I know, I'm nervous if Nadia finds out about this and flips out. I need help. Maybe I shouldn't go. I should just meet you guys. 😬

Kenzie:
Noooo... you're going on "date" with Asher and don't worry about that slag. Just ignore what she would think. You can tell that Asher isn't into her. You have nothing to worry about.

Annie:
Yh nothing to be worried about, only going to be humiliated by this. 

Kenzie:
Annie!!! Positive thoughts only allowed!!! Have fun at ya date 😉

Annie:
Okay fine. I'll go. And it's not a date!!!

Kenzie:
Yh yh... say whatever you wanna say. We all know it's a date. Bye love you. 😍

Annie:
Thanks!! Love you too 😍

After a little message convo between Kenzie and I, I was less stressing out everything. I got all dressed up. I put on some black ripped jeans and a white tank top. Then slip on my white vans and went downstairs.

"Morning sweetie" dad kissed my forehead as I'd walked by him. "Breakfast is on the counter" he added walking up the stairs.

"hey, morning, Anns. I just wanted I'm sorry that I've flipped out like that in front of the guys. I didn't meant to. But I just can't watch another guy treating you like your ex." Johnny sight, getting up from the couch.

"John, it's fine. I've forgot all about it. I don't wanna talk about it. Let's just forget that ever happened. And what happened between my ex is not going to happen with any of your friends, they ain't like him" I'd smiled and gave him a hug.

"Are you heading out somewhere?" He takes a step back from the hug.

"I'm... umm meeting up with the girl. Yh" I struggled to get the words out.

"Really? Because Kenzie texted me, asking if I wanna hang out with her for a little bit since all... wait let me quote that 'all my friends are out with guys and I'm following their steps by asking you out too'. So, where are you going?" Johnny chuckle at his own comment, tJen crossed his arms.

"Okay, Fine. I'm meeting Asher. We have a music class project together and I don't want to fail any more classes, like I did back in Maryland. Happy?!" I replied, with the truth about the project but not the fact that I'm not doing it today.

"Really? Music project, huh that's first what I'm hearing it of" Johnny added just to annoy me.

"Seriously?!" I'd crosses my arms. "Okay fine, you can go but don't be too late. Dad might be asleep for few hours but you need to help me clean the living room and the kitchen, from the mess that dad and his mates left. Okay?!" He replied.

"Really?? Thank you. Thank you. Thank you." I ran up to him and gave him a big hug before leaving the house. He chuckle and went back to his room.

After, few minutes of walking down the road I get a text from Asher. I'd opened it and replied back.

Asher☺️

Asher:
Hey, Anns. Can we meet up near the fountain near the part. That would be great. See ya there. 😊

Annie:
Hey, yeah sure. I'll be there in 10

After that 10 minutes walk, I got to the park. I'd looked around to find the fountain. And I'd spotted Asher sitting on the edge of the fountain, focused on his phone. I smiled and made my way to him.

"Hey, there stranger" I'd chuckle as he fell on the ground. "Oh, here grab my hand. Are you okay?" I still continue to giggle a little.

"Yeah, thanks. You know, you shouldn't sneak up on people like that." He chuckled, picking his phone from the ground.

"Noted. Don't scare Asher because there're chances that he'll fall onto the ground" still giggling. "Wow! You're funny" he jokingly punched my shoulder.

"Anyways, were are we going. I'm starving" I'd asked. "That's a surprise. I think you will like it. It's one of the best places here in Attaway" he chuckles.

"Okay, show me the way!" I smiled. "Okay, so what's up?" He started the conversation flow.

"Erm... nothing much. Just saw the funnies thing today" I'd replied still giggling. "Oh, really. I wonder what you saw" he chuckles.

"It doesn't matter, I don't think you would find it funny" I'd laugh. "Wow" he gasped. "What?! Do I have something on my face?" I pat my face, searching for something.

"Haha... no. Is... is just that you have a beautiful smile and laugh" his checks got a little red when he said that. "Oh, I thought that I had something on my face. What a relief. And thank you" I'd smiled, making his blush, his cheeks get more redder. I'd giggle once again.

After, another 20 minutes of walking we go to the diner. The most popular diner out here in Attaway.

"Oh, I love this place" I'd clapped my hands in excitement. He giggled and shake his head at me. "Aww... I like seeing you happy. It make me happy" he replied with a huge smile over his face.

"Let's get inside and order some food" he proposed, as holding the door for me. "Aww, thank you. You're such a gentleman." I chuckle. "Aww, I try" he chuckles back, making me chuckle one again.

We walk inside the diner at sit right at the back near the windows. This diner is so cute and so adorable, the vintage stereo just makes me happy, and all these people enjoying music that comes out that stereo. It's nice just to get out the house and experience something wonderful, in such simple place...
