"jungkookieeeeee!~" a voice sang, greeting jungkook.
he was seated in a booth in a cafe. jungkook looked up from his phone, eyes meeting jimins. "jiminie! took you long enough!" he teased, grinning.
jimin frowned. "not my fault my bike wasn't working! i had to walk!" he said as he sat down.
"damn. i don't think i've ever seen you ride that bike. it's always broken somehow." jungkook said sarcastically, very well aware of the fact that jimins bike being 'broken' was his most common excuse.
they both laughed for a bit.
"can i take your order please?" a woman showed up at their table, notebook and pencil clutched in her hands. she gave them a smile. "i'll have a hot chocolate with marshmallows!" jimin said, smiling widely. "whipping cream on top?" she asked. jimin shook his head, "nope! i really don't think that belongs on hot chocolate." the waiter laughed at him before turning to jungkook. "and you?" she asked, voice monotone as if she didn't just laugh a couple seconds ago. "water, thanks." he said, giving her a petty smile.
she nodded, quickly walking to the kitchen. "hot chocolate in june?" jungkook asked, grinning at jimin. "excuse me mr. boring, hot chocolate is great all year long! at least i didn't just order water." he mocked, flicking jungkooks arm.
not long after, the waiter returned with a tray. she started placing their drinks. jimin recieved his with a napkin beneath it. on it was scribbled some digits, clearly indicating her number. "sorry, i'm gay." he said, smiling an apologetic smile. her mouth formed a straight line as she nodded. "enjoy your drinks."
