Burning Beauty

CHAPTER 6

RECAP: I turned to him," Who are you." I said no experisson forming on my face what so ever.

" Your dad" He said as if the answer was simple.

"No really who are you."

He didnt answer for a while. Then i raised my eye brow and he cleared his thoat uncomfortablly. 

"Well Kenna.... Im your gaurdian." He said standing up alittle prouder.

I stared at him anger shot through me," Gaurdian?"

Seriously now i'm confused.

"W-w-what do you mean Guardian?" I said alittle baffled.

"As in your protector the one who takes care of you. Makes sure your safe from any harm"

I looked at him up and down, taking in his whole attire that was slowly shimmering away. I walked around him and started to pace. I was trying to get all of this processed. 

"So....dad...or do i know call you gaurdian or something? ...," I took a deep breath ,"anyway so your telling me your my guardian.. right and you have a magical armour and sword that just appears when you need it? and you know what those things are that are coming after me."

He stood there slowly nodding until something snapped and his eyes were on mine again," There are more coming for you? Shot they told me this was soon happening .... I just didnt expect it to be so aburt."

I looked qat him alittle confused," Who is they? and there are more then this coming for me?"

He looked at me no emotions was playing across his face, I knew this face though, it looked clear of emotions but in reality he was just caculating his next move like he always does.

Though he was caculating i was still standing there like a fool who couldnt really wrapp her hands around this. Come opn, I felt terribly out of the loop like i did with My supposibly 3 friends.  I walked back and sat on a log chair my "dad" had made once. 

Who was I and Who were they ? Who is he? WHAT KIND OF MESSS AM I IN?

I wanted to scream all those questions, but i didnt. I held them in. I got up from the chair i recently sat in and started twards the house. My "guardian" still standing out there caculating. His head turned and followed me as i left. 

I walked into the house using the back door. I left the door open and just closed the screen door so that he would be able  to get back in when he was doing  thinking.  I hit my hand on marble island in the middle of my kitched with a hot hand. the surface got hot but not burning. I walked down the halls and up the steps towards me room.  I really didnt know what to think.  

i walked into my room and looked around. "shoot i forgot inferno outside!"

I opened up my window and called out side," INFERNO!" 

the little firefox peeked his head out from behind a tree that was planted in the back yard and started bounding towards the house.  My "dad" following behind him as he clawed the plastic part of the screen door.  He opened it from Inferno and my baby flame fox made its way up the steps to my room. I opened it slightly and he came itn and curled up next to me. 

I laid back on my pillows taking it all in everything that hapen from today to now.

First Maia and Lynn and Aeo have powers like me.Earth, Water, Air.

SecondA lady keeps showing up to help me and i have a strange connection with her. 

thirdI have a book that has some key that i dont know where it is. But apperntly its hidden in plain sight.
