Valentines Day Part 2

The couple came out of the mall. Nia had four bags in each hand while Roscoe carried two in both his hands.

"Bae I told you I didn't need all this stuff". Nia blushed.

"I wanna go all out for my baby. Plus I'm sure yo ass splurged on my gift a lil bit". Roscoe got back in the car.

He drove in the direction of Nia's house.

"Actually your gift didn't cost me that much. Just a few phone calls". Nia shrugged.

"What the hell you got me?". Roscoe turned to her once they got to a red light.

"You'll see once we get to my house". Nia winked.

He pulled up in the driveway and got out. Nia's Mom was gone.

"Where yo Moms?". Roscoe asked.

"Probably working late". Nia shrugged.

She unlocked the door and a candlelit dinner was on full display.

"Oh, shit Nia you cook?". Roscoe took a seat at the table.

"I ain't neva said no shit like that. GrubHub got us". Nia chuckled going into the kitchen. 

She came back with some strawberry lemonade with actual strawberries at the bottom.

She poured herself and Roscoe some.

She went back into the kitchen and got their food. 

She got Olive Garden delivered to the house. She got pasta for her and steak and mashed potatoes for Roscoe.

"Damn, you showed out". Roscoe took the plate from her.

"I try I try". Nia giggled as she sat down.

"So how was school?". He questioned.

"It was ok. Everybody was trying to figure out who gave me the bear and the balloon. And Anaya had to get these three girls together for me". Nia recounted.

Roscoe laughed.

"What chu did today?". She asked him.

"Nothing much I just helped Shaun set some shit up for his girl back at the crib". He sipped his strawberry lemonade.

"Aww that is so sweet of you. See I knew you could be a great roommate". Nia blew him a kiss.

"I only did it cause I'an wanna hear his mouth for the next two months". Rosoce shook his head.

They finished eating and Nia and Roscoe washed the dishes together.

"Go sit in the living room while I go get your gift". Nia instructed him.

She went upstairs and got everything. 

She came back down and straddled him, he placed his hands on her butt.

"Ok close your eyes". Nia smirked.

Roscoe closed his eyes and Nia put the paper in his hands.

"Open". Nia smiled.

He opened his eyes and unfolded that paper.

His eyes lit up as he continued to scan the paper.

"You got me a DJ job wit Stancey Gold? Bro how did you get to him?". Roscoe stood up picking her up.

Stancey Gold was a famous rapper, who also just so happened to have the best producers and managers in Florida.

"Well Stancey was touring here in Cali and I ran into him. He spilt his drink on me at a teen club which he wasn't even supposed to be at considering he like 21. So in order for me to keep his secret, he offered me a spot as one of his video girls and I told him I'd call once I wanted my favour. I played him some of your work and he loved it. You're going to Miami in a month to DJ for him at SHOTS". Nia revealed.

Roscoe kissed her all over her face. He was too happy.

"Babe this is too crazy. I want chu to come wit me". He blurted.

"Well it is the week of spring break". Nia winked.

He picked her up again kissing her.

"Nia I appreciate you so much. You don't understand". He kissed her again.

"You got lipstick all over your lips". Nia giggled.

Meanwhile, Kyle and Gotti were hanging out at a nearby cafe so they could talk things out.

"I just don't understand why you can't meet my parents. We've been together for six months and neither of us has met each others family. Isn't that a bit weird to you?". Kyle questioned.

"No it isn't. I'm just not ready for all of that right now". Gotti wanted to end this conversation so bad.

"Which is what I don't understand about chu. You were willing to go public. You were willing to meet my friends. You were willing to go all the way last night but when it's time to meet parents you wanna slow down". Kyle spat.

"Honestly, Kyle, do your parents even know your gay?". Gotti questioned.

"No. But that doesn't matter". Kyle dismissed.

"Yes. It matters a lot. Not only are you coming out to them but you're introducing them to your boyfriend. Don't you think that's too much for one day?". Gotti tried to talk some sense into Kyle.

"No. Your my boyfriend and I love you. And if they can't accept me and the person I love then they aren't the people I thought they were. So if you love me the way you say you do then take me to my house and actually come inside this time". Kyle begged Gotti.

Gotti weighed the situation right now. 

"I guess I don't love you the way I say I do".
