It is 6:28 and Dan and Phil have watched one movie then decided to get changed into pyjamas. Phil looks through all his PJs, trying to find something to impress Dan. He doesn't know why he wants to impress Dan so much, but he does. Phil settles with his tight pastel pink boxers and his white hoodie with a plant on the front.

Dan is changing in the bathroom, he decided on blue PJ pants and no shirt.

They both sit beside each other on the couch very close, there knees brushing. Sometime during the movie, Phil falls asleep, leaning against Dan.

By the end of the movie, Dan decides to wake Phil up. He doesn't know if Phil would be comfortable with him carrying him.

"Lion," Dan whispers quietly shaking Phil's shoulder. Phil groans. "Lion you can't sleep here you'll hurt your back." Phil sighs sitting up rubbing his eyes then clumsily he walks towards his bed "Night Lion." Phil turns around and mumbles a goodnight. He bumps into the door frame, then apologizes to it. Dan waits until the bedroom door closes to break into a fit of giggles.

Dan lays on the couch thinking about Phil. His mind is racing with thoughts. How absolutely beautiful he is, how his eyes shine, how he acts like a child but is so intelligent. Just Phil, in general, makes him happy. Dan has fallen for Phil, and it's only been a few days.

Dan drifts to sleep smiling, thinking about his Lion.

At 12:00 am Phils phone goes off, he rolls over grabbing it and looking at it. He squints trying to read the blinding screen.

New text message

From: Unknown

Phil unlocks his phone, letting his eyes adjust then looks at the message.

So Philip, if you won't leave Daniels side, then I guess I'll make Daniel leave you. And if that doesn't work... Then may God have mercy on his soul, because I won't.

Phil feels tears prick his eyes, he doesn't want Dan to get hurt because of him. If something does happen to Dan and Phil wouldn't know what to do with himself. A single tear rolls down his face. He quietly stands walking towards the living room. He looks at Dan peacefully sleeping and sighs. He can't let Dan get hurt.

The next morning, Phil wakes up first. He decides to take a shower while Dan is still asleep, he would make breakfast but he knows he's going to drop something and wake up Dan. Phil strips, turn the water on, and steps in letting the hot waterfall down his body. Sighing Phil relaxes his body and leans against the wall. He feels so overwhelmed and stressed. He thinks about the message he got last night and lets tears flow from his eyes. First, this person wanted Phil, now they will hurt Dan to get to him.

The whole hacking thing is putting a lot of stress on him too but he doesn't care about that now, all he is thinking about is that he can't let anything happen to Dan. He just has to finish the job and leave.

Leave...

Phil starts to cry more, making audible noises but still trying to stay silent. He doesn't want to leave Dan, he wants to stay with Dan forever. Phil loves Dan, and he knows that for a fact. He has fallen in love with the brown haired, brown eyed boy. Phil's mind is fighting, he doesn't know what to do. He wants Dan to be safe but also wants to be with him.

Phil stays in the shower for nearly forty-five minutes before he is calm enough to step out. He dries off then wraps a towel around his waist. He wipes the steam off the mirror.

He is met with a pale boy looking back at him. He has red bloodshot eyes, his smile is gone and he looks terrible. He steps to the side so there is steam over his reflection again. He draws a smile over his face. He steps back to where there is no steam and tries to do a convincing smile. Phil sighs.

He grabs his sweat pants and a colourful shirt. He steps out and walks to the couch to see if Dan is there. The couch is empty.

Panic

That's the only thing Phil feels. He starts sweating, his eyes go wide.

"Bear?!" Phil calls. No response. "Bear!?" He yells this time. Still nothing. He runs to the window to look around outside for any trace of Dan. Nothing. Phil turns back around but something catches his eye out the window. He snaps his head back to the window, the figure steps into view. Phils still can't make out any details. The only thing he can think about is how Dan has been taken and it's all his fault.

"Bear!?" He yells again. He feels tears streaming down his face, he's scared, he needs to know if Dan is alright. The door handle starts to shake indicating someone is on the other side trying to get in. Phil freezes, his eyes widen as more tears stream down his face. Phil slowly starts to back up, trying to make the least amount of noise possible. The door slowly open and standing on the other side is Dan yawning and moving his hair out of his face.

Phil sighs, he runs into the bathroom and collapses on the ground silently crying into his hands. Phil is so confused on why he is acting like this, he has never had a reaction like this before in his life. Phil normal doesn't care about other people, his job is to ruin peoples lives. But with Dan, things are different. There's a knock on the door.

"Lion, are you alright? I got some Poptarts for breakfast."

"I'm fine Bear, thanks," Phil says trying not to make his voice shake, or sniffle.

"Okay" Phil hears Dan's footsteps get quieter and quieter. Once he can't hear Dan anymore, he stands up looking at himself in the mirror. Now his eyes are even redder. Phil sighs rubbing his eyes with the palms of his hands.

He looks so... broken
