Okay so yes, this is late. However, I was not aware of the Kpop drama involved in this until 3 minutes ago when the YouTubed Spill posted her latest video.
If you don't know, last month, you tubers Ethan and Grayson Dolan lost their father due to cancer. It was a huge hit to us in the fandom, and we hope that them and their family are going to be fine. It was awful seeing it in my twitter feed and I wish them the best.
HOWEVER, I did not realize the absolute disgusting behavior of some toxic Kpop stans.
Many Kpop stans were mocking their father's death, and mocking the twins, saying things like:
"If [their father] could rap like [BlackPink], he wouldn't have died"
And many more insulting and rude comments.
Idc if you found Grayson's Kpop joke "offensive," this gives you absolutely NO RIGHT to make fun of someone's DEATH.
Losing a family member to death, especially cancer, is very hard. Most forms of cancer have no cure, and result is awful losses everyday.
I don't care if you hate the Dolan Twins, I don't care if you hate the Sister Squad. You have no right to go out and insult someone and the death of their family member.
How would you feel if the person you love so much died suddenly? How would you feel if thousands of people started mocking you and that person?
It's awful, isn't it??
Why can't Kpop stans be mature? Why can't we just mind our own business?
I don't give a flying fuck if you hate James, Emma, Ethan, and Grayson for that ONE video for that ONE Kpop joke that lasted not even ONE second. You're immature and rude. Us respectful Kpop fans don't want you.
If Jungkook's family member died and someone insulted them, you would hate it, wouldn't you??
