As I heaved my bag out of the car and blew a kiss to my mum I ran up half the stairs and shouted "RACE YA TO THE TOP!!" And Sienna and Leah came racing towards me.

"AND THE CROWD GOES WILD" I cheered as I ran through the imaginary finish line. Leah and Sienna came in a draw and we all burst out laughing. I was still walking backward and talking as I bumped into Mr. Smith, "Well hello girls, how nice it is to see you. I hope you girls have been catching up on your homework!" We all nodded in silence. "Well, I best be off. Have a LOVEly valentine's day. " He chuckled at his own joke while we all robotically said "YoU tOo" and only then did I realize what he just said... "FLIP. IT'S VALENTINE'S DAY" and with that, I raced to my locker.

I pulled out my shiny metal keychain that had a giant word written on the label 'SOPHIE!!'. I sighed at the fact that I still had this since last year. I carefully opened the door and a little red note came flying out. As Connor walked around the corner it almost instantly came flying to his face. He grabbed the note and it read.
Dear Friends. I know none of us will probably get a valentine so here is this note. Happy valentine's day. Okay bye.

As we walked through the school I began to think, Oml people decorate valentine's day more than they decorate for Christmas! And truly people do. I continued to walk and look at the decorations and I saw something that made me laugh, someone had made a sign thing out of streamers and it had obviously fallen off but some of it stayed on it and it said "happy V s day"

The bell rang and we all went home. I was really desperate to find out who put that card in my locker?! So I naturally went on messages.
