So this is a short one. Info:I'm 16 which is underage where I live. I'm male
So I was walking home from high school and these 2 ladies come up to me.
Lady1: are you lost? Me: no Lady2:we're sure your lost. We just want to help. Me: no. I'm not lost and I don't need help. Lady2: ok then. Be careful.
After that they legit start STALKING me. I get scared and turn around.
Me: please stop following me. Lady1: we're just following to make sure you're ok. Me: (gets shaky) stop following me. (In a stern voice)
I start running and they run behind. I have this short cut way of getting home so I use that. The short cut is basically an alley that the McDonald's in front uses to throw away leftovers. Their car is nearby. (I didn't even know they had a car) Because I didn't know they had a car, I ran closer and closer to it. They are right behind me. They open the car. Try to put me in and start taking off their clothes and mine. They kiss me a bunch. I yell. I get away as they put me in the car. I run off they don't see where I went and I get away. I have no evidence of this happening so the police won't help. But I have a question. Is this even considered sexual assault, since it's the female assaulting the male, and not the other way round?
EDIT: I did try to tell the police, but it didn't work because I didn't have any evidence.
