👥Cody's POV👥
For Christ's Sake. I hate being nominated for the Annual Pledges. This is the third time now. The guys know that I hate this stupid Pledge thing but they obviously think it's funny. But this time, I'm actually shit scared because it's the DareDevil Pledge and this Pledge has never been spun before. I, for one, know for a fact that I never get scared, but this time, I have a perfectly good reason as to why I'm scared. You can choose any pledges for this one. Absolutely anything. Whether it's moving schools or giving yourself the worst makeover ever, it's still pretty freaking dangerous.
I need to play it smart this year. This year's nominees are quite the game players (that's what I've been told), except for Kimberly because she's just a dumb shit. What Pledge should I create? Who for?
I started thinking smart. Then the perfect candidate came to mind. I laugh to myself. I'm going to pick James Reynolds. That douche bag I call my best mate is going to get it this time, ahah. I mean, of course I love the idiot, he's my best mate, but this time, he's gonna cop it big time. It took me a while to think of a pledge for Jamesy boy but the most amazing pledge came to my brilliant mind.
Be in for a rude, but funny, shock James, I say to myself, Be prepared because you have been warned.
I wrote down the pledge for James and walked up to the Pledge Box where I put my pledge in. I smirked at them playfully, and the playfully smirked back at me as well.
"How could the DareDevil Pledge be spun? It's never been spun before." I ask them.
"I honestly have no freaking idea. I'm pretty shocked to say the least." Noah says.
"Yeah, I wonder how it'll turn out." James says slowly as if he was thinking about the consequences.
"It will happen sometime soon, so we just need to prepare for the good and the bad." I say. They all agree and nod their heads. I nod my head back and walk off.
I'm glad that Noah told me that he's shocked because if he didn't, he'd look like an idiot with his pale face. I'm still shocked that this pledge was spun. It was actually supposed to be a joke thing because we all made it the smallest, little wedge on the wheel which made us assume that it'll never be spun but clearly, and obviously, we were all proven wrong. Very wrong.
I sincerely wish everyone luck for this year's pledge, and I don't normally wish anybody luck because, let's face it, I'm not a very nice person. I just happen to be smart which is a bonus. Good luck everyone, I thought, May the best nominee win.
