Irene's POV: I go to mom's room to talk to her about the incident. Mom is is in her room as if she was waiting for me. "Of course I was waiting for you." She said like I said it out loud. I almost forgot that she has mind reading magic. "What happened today was not acceptable. You can't freeze the magic council just like that! Your lucky I had to be calm about it. They could still hear me even though they're frozen" Mom yelled at me like I betrayed her for movie night.
"I know, I know. You think I don't know that! And it's not my fault that Iris sneaked in behind the Corasile (Corasile is a beast of enchantment. It was meant to keep offendful attacks away from the council. Since Irene meant no harm to the council, the Corasile let her do it.)!" I yelled back at her. I now realize that even though I was shouting no one came in. I heard the movie start so, I signal my mom to go downstairs for the movie and we'll discuss it later. She nodded and we headed down.
