But he's your teacher? - Nathan Sykes (The Wanted) fanfic

Chapter 8 -

I had a salad for my starter, a bowl of nachos and chips with cheese and chillies for my main and a Sundae Best for pudding. I could barely walk out of the restuarant. We caught a taxi back to Nathans, the only way to end a good night would be to cuddle in bed watching a movie before leaving tomorrow.

I undone my dress and put on one of Nathans oversized t-shirts, well it's actually a t-shirt but it's oversized on me. I peeled off the fake-eyelashes and scrubbed off my make-up. I tied my hair up and climbed into bed. Nathan took off his suit and crawled beside me in bed. I grabbed his remote and switched on the TV. I looked through the films he had recorded and found one. 'The first time'. I loved this film, it's so underated though. I rested my head on Nathans chest and watched the film. He undone my bobble and played with my hair, how I didn't fall asleep, I don't know. "I don't want you to leave tomorrow" Nathan mumbled. "I know, me neither" I replied. I lifted myself up and sat beside him, I tangled my fingers with his. "I'm going to miss you" I bit my lip, I wanted to sit here forever with Nathan and not leave. "I'll miss you too but hey we're gonna make this work,ok?" Nathan grinned. He planted a kiss on my lips and lay back down. I shuffled down and lay beside him, I closed my eyes and went to sleep. 

Todays the day, the day I have dreaded. The day I leave my life behind. I crawled out of bed and sighed. Nathan sorted me out some clothes that I had left here and he'd washed. They were a pair of jeans and a white vest top. I put them on and rummaged through his box for a pair of my shoes. "Finally" I laughed, grabbing hold of some dolly shoes. I put them on and went to have a wash and do my hair and make-up. Nathan went to do us both a big breakfast, besides, I'm travelling today!! I decided to write him a letter to hide, he can only open it once i'm gone. I looked through his cupboards for some paper, he's a teacher, he's got to have some somewhere. Finally I found some, and a pen. I sat at his dressing table/desk and began writing.

'To Nathan, when you read this I will be gone, out of London and at Birmingham (unfortunately).. Skipping lessons to spend time with you was the best decision I have ever made and I don't think I will ever regret that, instead in 50 years time we will look back and think such rebels but also advising our grandkids not to go off with their teachers or students!! Haha. Anyway.. I'm in Birmingham and you're in London, so this is a long distance relationship where we both need to put the effort in, i'm willing to put my all in but I do understand if you want to end things now, I know you will probably find someone your age where your relationship has been legal from the start, as much as I don't want to let you go, I will do whatever makes you happy. But for now, you're my boyfriend and nothings changed between us! I will see you very soon, i'll be back in a few weeks for my results, i'll meet you at the school then we can go out or something. I love you, Marnie x'

I folded it up and slid it into an envelope, I wrote 'Nathan x' on it and slid it under his quilt so he'd see it tonight. I skipped downstairs to him and sat at the table, he placed me a plate of a full english. My mouth watered just looking at it. "I'm definately gonna miss this" I laughed, "I bet you will" Nathan grinned, taking a seat opposite me. "When I get over to Birmingham, I will text you my address, you are welcome down whenever you want" I said. "That's fine, i'll see you tonight then" He laughed. I nodded, if only. I ate my last bit of breakfast and took a gulp of orange juice. 

"I really have to go now, do you want to take me home?" I asked. Nathan nodded, "get your bag then". I grabbed my bag and my stuff from last night and went out to sit in his car. I fastened my belt as I watched Nathan lock his door and walk towards the car. This could have been mine and Nathans home if my Mum wasn't dragging me to Birmingham. 

The drive home was just silent, I didn't know what to say, although I bet I could think of a million words on the way out of London. I shuffled through his CDs what were in a box in the back of his car. 'Arctic Monkeys, the 1975, The Wanted" Nathan cut me off, "That's my old band" He said, grabbing the CD. He took it out the case and put it into his CD player. I clicked play as Nathan continued driving. The first song was called 'Glad You Came'. 

'The sun goes down, the stars come out and all that counts is here and now, my universe will never be the same, i'm glad you came' Nathan sang along the music. "Hey be quiet, let me listen" i laughed, gently punching his shoulder. Nathan shut up as the next bit of the song came on.

'You cast a spell on me, spell on me, you hit me like the sky fell on me, fell on me, and I decided you look well on me, well on me, so let's go somewhere no-one else can see, you and me, turn the lights out now, now i'll take you by the hand, hand you another drink, drink it if you can, can you spend a little time, time is slipping away, away from us so stay, stay with me I can make, make you glad you came' 

It weren't just Nathan singing, I could recognise Toms voice now. They were so good. "Would you ever get back together?" I asked. "I don't think so, we never get on" he laughed. At this point, Nathan had pulled up by my house. Outside my house were removal vans, I could see a few men carrying items into the van, i.e the washing machine, dishwasher etc. They were going to take the stuff and put it in the house ready whilst we're on our way. "Well here goes" I sighed. Me and Nathan got out of the car, he walked around to the passenger side and leaned me against his car. He pushed himself against me and rested his lips on mine, this is our last kiss together for a while, unfortunately. I took my lips from him and hugged him one last time. "I'll see you soon, bye" i said, walking into my house. I watched hopelessly as he got back into his car and sped off. Goodbye life, hello Birmingham.

Our house was empty, it was all on the way to Birmingham. My room had nothing in, suprisingly, it looked bigger, it would though wouldn't it.

"Nice of you to join us" Mum smiled,  passing me a bag. I took it off her and put it into Phils car. "How long do we have left?" I asked. "We leave now, you got everything?" She asked. I nodded, here goes!
