Gene woke to hear scream from next to him. Frank's parents stood there. They had no idea who he was and how he got in.
"I-I'm a friend of Franks! Please calm down!" He tried to shush them. Frank suddenly came skidding down the stairs half asleep to relax her parents.
"He's a friend of mine! Gene. Please calm down..." she reassured them and yawned heavily. Her parents quietened down. They looked at Gene and apologised.
"I'm sorry, I didn't know. Well, I guess we better prepare breakfast! Do you have a preference Gene?" He shook his head and looked at his wrist piece. He had a few missed calls and worried messages from the others.
"Do you mind if I make a call?"

He stood in the bathroom talking to Alex who was worried and confused on where Gene had gotten off too. Gene was trying to explain what happened but Twinkle was yelling in the background about why Gene shouldn't had gone off. Gene rolled his eyes and said he'd go back soon after breakfast. He hung up and left the bathroom. He entered the kitchen I see pancakes on the table. Toppings where sorted out into bowls and sugar was in the bag too. Frank had sat down and her parents joined her. There was an empty seat at one end of the table which Gene took gratefully. Everyone took a few pancakes and got creative with the toppings.
"These are great!" Gene said, halfway through eating. Frank's dad smiled and thanked him.
"Thank you. They're my specialty!" Frank smirked and dropped a strawberry onto her pancake before eating it.

Everyone soon finished their breakfast and Gene wiped his mouth with the back of his hand. Frank looked more awake and her parents picked up their plates and put them into the washer.
"Thank you for the breakfast, but I must bo off. My friends are worried about where I've been aha." Frank escorted Gene to the front door and unlocked it. He walked outside then turned to face Frank.
"It was a pleasure meeting you Frank,"
"Haha yeah! Likewise Gene...can we meet again?" Gene looked up, then back to her and nodded. He handed over a slip of paper before walking away towards the Enchanted Forest. Frank watched Gene walking away. She felt her face heat up. She read the slip of paper and gasped. He gave her his number. She wasn't ready for that. She shut the door and ran to her bedroom to celebrate getting a new friend.

Frank grabbed her black shirt and suit and tie and threw it on quickly. She grabbed her paint pallet and brushes then placed a new canvas on her easel. She had a vivid image of Gene in her head, which she decided to paint. The sketch went alright and then the paint came next.
"I hope this turns out well,"

"Gene! Over here!" Alex yelled to Gene who was coming into view. He waved and jogged over to them.
"Where did you go? You just vanished." Ruby interrogated him, causing him to stumble back into the wall. He chuckled at the reactions and stood again properly, brushing himself down.
"I was over at Frank's house for the night. We then had breakfast and returned as soon as I could." Alex nodded and sat down in a front seat.
"The king wants us home for something. He didn't tell us what, but he said it was important." Gene nodded and sat in the drivers seat, shutting the door and starting the chameleon. Alex sat down next to him, Ruby and Twinkle in the back glaring at Gene. He felt their eyes burning at the back of his head but shrugged it off and drove off to the king's castle.

"Father! We came as quick as we could, what's the problem?" Alex called as they barged through the castle doors. The king sat up and smiled at his son.
"Ah, I'm glad you're home Alex. You see we're having a little trouble with...baby dragons..." the 4 -plus alien- stared before laughing.
"Aww! Baby dragons are so cute, how can they be a hassle?" Twinkle was cut off by a loud roar from outside the castle walls. Alex looked out the window and frowned. About 13 baby drags were flying there, roaring as loud as they could.
"Oh boy..."
