Historia POV

"This is a lie" Zero whispered "what did you do to Ja and Ria?!"

He held his bloody rose up to us while glowering.

"Zero! Put that down" Yuki yelled.

"Shoot us! We're still Ria and Ja. We're the same people who grew up with you and saved you! But we just showed you who we really are. If you still want to shoot us then go ahead" I stated as he looked annoyed, but stayed in the same spot.

"You're not Ria" he said as he pulled the trigger.

Pulling that trigger broke our connection. It hurt like a ton of bricks came crashing down on me. No matter what Zero still hates vampires. He can never coexist with them. Blood emerged from the shot on my abdomen.

"Historia" Kaname yelled "what the hell!"

Kaname lost his cool and grabbed Zero by the throat, but Yuki made him stop. My hair slowly began to defy gravity and everyone's eyes were on me.

"Heal what has been hurt, change the fates design, save what has been lost, bring back what once was mine" I sang as my injury begun to heal.

"You are no longer the Zero that we once loved and cherished" James said as he looked at him sternly.

"Good. I'd rather not be loved by anyone instead of a vampire" he spat as a tear slid down my cheek and Zero immediately showed regret.

He took a step forward but immediately stopped and ran away. He's hurt, but I can no longer comfort him. Yuki ran after him.

"You know there will be major consequences and not given by me, but by the hunters association" Kaien said.

"We already knew that" I said to him starring directly at his eyes.

He looked at me sadly and I returned it with sadness too.

"You'll have to join the night class too if you still want to stay" he said and I nodded "you look just like your mother."

"Thanks" I smiled.

I'm aware of his past with my parents. He came across my mom during his hunting days and he failed every time he tried to kill her then when he was in danger she saved him. They got along pretty well from what I knew he had a one sided love.

"Historia" Kaname called as I turned to look at him.

He really hates you. You left him after all. You left him alone.

No! Go away.

Kaname came and pulled me into a hug along with James. I held back for a few seconds but then hugged back as if my life depended on it.

"Kana" I whispered as I took in his familiar scent.

"Ria" he whispered.

"And Ja" James said as we broke out laughing.

"Ria and Ja, she knows" Kaien asked referring to Aphrodite who stood next to Rosie.

"Yes and we'd like it if she could keep her memories" I said as he looked suspiciously at her.

"Cross- san please" she asked as he agreed to it.

Why did that seem so easy? Then I accidentally saw a part of Aphy's memory. It was of Kaien.

"Why have you ignored her till this point" I asked angrily as he looked away ashamed.

He should be.

I decided not to start a big fight over this. Rosie and Ai already had everything packed.

"Ready" Kaname asked as he held his hand out.

"Don't worry we'll keep in touch" I told Aphy as she nodded with a small smile.

Kaname walked with my left arm linked around his right and my right arm linked around James left arm.

"Everyvamp in the night class must be surprised" I said as Kaname chuckled.

"Well they're all waiting to see if their long lost prince and princess are actually here in this academy" he said as we got to the front door "Ready?"

"As I'll ever be" I whispered as he opened the doors and a room filled of vampires came into view.

I thought that I would always forever love James. I believed that I would marry him and have kids with him and spend the rest of my immortal days with him. Little did I know that one of the vampires in this room would end up stealing my iced cold heart.

"Welcome Lady and Sir Hellsinger" they all greeted.
