One thing that Alex hated about doing online school was the fact that she wouldn't be able to experience all the things a normal high school student would. The football games, homecoming, and the one thing that Alex wanted to do most of all: prom.
And half way across the world, Zach was in Frankfurt, Germany, about to go on stage. But he wasn't just waiting around. He was writing down ideas for Alex's birthday, Daniel and Jonah helping him.
"What do girls like Alex like? They like clothes, dresses, shoes, makeup and a good party." Jonah said, sitting back on the couch, sipping on his coffee.
"Great advice Jonah." Zach rolled his eyes and tapped his pen against the table, before adding the things Jonah said to a list of present ideas.
"But we need to think about Alex. What does Alex want the most in this world?" Daniel asked, also taking a sip of his coffee.
"She wants to be normal. Do normal things like go to high school, have parents who love her and aren't in different places to her. She wants to go to things like homecoming and prom and she used to do cheerleading at school. My guess is that she wants to live life like pretty much everyone else her age." Zach sighed, "But what can we do with that?"
"Well instead of a party, organize her a prom. It would also be nice for Mia and Luna since they didn't get to experience it either; dropping out two weeks after Alex." Corbyn walked into the room, shrugging and looking around.
"Now hurry up we need to go on stage in five." Jack said, and the five boys headed to the stage, about to perform and do the thing they were best and had for a job; sing.
Zach: well this is an assortment of people i never thought would be in a groupchat together
Mia: same um hi Mr and Mrs Garcia
Lily: Mia it's Lily
Sebastian: I have to be in a meeting in ten minutes, so if you don't mind explaining zach
Zach: well its about Alex's birthday and i couldnt think of a better way to ask you all if you would be there so
Elexis: of course I'll be there
Christina: same, what is it?
Zach: its the thing that Alex has wanted to experience forever
Luna: zach you arent
Olivia: thats so cute
Tate: omg wow
Sebastian: i dont get it?
Lily: you wouldn't you missed ten years of her life
Zach: Mr Garcia Alex wants to go to prom
Gabbie: aww zach you're throwing her a prom?
Zach: yeah but i need help with arranging it
Lily: of course I'll help, who doesnt love a good party planning session
Zach: ok great so i need a venue, people to do food and cake i think we have music pretty much covered and a hotel to stay in that Alex will never find me at
Luna: me and liv can go look at venues and book it
Mia: my mom knows a great catering company
Christina: I'll have her cake sorted in because I know the best shop and i know that they have a store in Atlanta and someone who works there owes me a favor
Tate: I'll make sure me and Gabbie are there
Lily: and I'll take all the girls that need dresses shopping and I know the best hotel
Zach: thank you so much everyone
Sebastian: I've cleared a few days in my schedule to help out with anything. I'll fly in a couple of days before
Gabbie: we have to make this the best
