chapter 20: Another trip to Canada!

Carly's pov
I got woke up by my phone buzzing and i slowly sat up. I look at my phone and saw a text form McGhee.

Text:
Hey carly! I just want to let you know that in 6:12am,we will be leaving to go to Canada so be ready!

"Oh shoot!" I mutter. It was 5:56am and i got out of bed and started to get dress then started to fix my hair. I grab my stuff and went down stairs where i saw gene just sitting in the couch. " finally!" He said. "Sorry.. Sometimes i can be a sleepyhead.." I said laughing a bit. "Like tommy.." He whisper but i couldn't hear. "So uh, where are the others?" I ask. "Tommy and eric are still in their rooms getting ready and paul went out to go get something." He said looking at the TV.

"Oh..okay!". I sat down on the other couch and just looking at my phone for a minute. Then after for a minute, tommy started walking to us with eric. "Hey carly!" Tommy said. "Hi!" I said waving at him. "Hey..sleepyhead!" Gene said. I almost laugh. Tommy playfully glare at him. Eric sat down next to me and lay his head on my shoulder. I blushed slightly and notice he look pretty tired.

"Eric..did you sleep last night?" I ask. "No.."he mutter. "Why..?". "It's because i have trouble sleeping sometimes.." He mutter though my shoulder. I sigh and try to think of something to help, then a idea came in my head. I grab his shoulder and lay him down on my lap. He blushed and was about to say something but i shush him. "Eric,just sleep a little bit..I'll wake you up when we are ready okay?" I said looking down at him.

"Okay.."  He closed his eyes and slept in my lap. "Well, aren't you a sweet girl?" Gene said laughing. I roll my eyes and started looking at my phone.
After for a while, paul came back and we are about to go. I shook eric gently to wake him up. "Come on eric, we are about to leave" i said. He rubbed his eyes and got out of my lap. I got up and grabbed my things.

We got in the car and started to go to the airport where the kissjet was. As we got there we went inside and i just sat down by myself. I felt someone touched my shoulder. I turn around and look at eric. "Carly..thanks for letting me sleeping in you're lap,"hopefully i didn't make you uncomfortable.." He said. "No! It's okay, i just wanted you to get a bit of sleep that's all!" I said smiling sweetly.

"Aww that's so sweet of you carly!" Paul said laughing. I blushed. "I think you and eric make a great couple!" Gene said with a smirk. This made me blush even more. Eric just roll his eyes.  "Guys, can you stop teaseing carly..your embarrassing her!" Tommy said to them. Paul and gene stayed quite and the jet started taking off to Canada. I look at tommy who was sitting in the front reading something and i was just listening to music.

I wanted to tell him thank you from earlier but..i didn't want to bother him. I look down where eric was sleeping on my lap again. It was night outside and beautiful too..there were star's outside. I pull out two blankets to sleep. I put the blanket on me and i put the other blanket on him. I turn my head and fall asleep for the the next day..
