chapter 28: not a word and fake smiles..

Carly's pov
I open my eyes slowly as the sun came up. I rub my eyes and went to the bathroom to change myself. As i was done, i came out of the bathroom and sat down on my bed not wanted to move. Just then there was a knock on the door. I slowly got up and walk to the door, then i open it slowly reveling paul. "Hey carly, just letting you know that the jet is fixed so tomorrow we will be heading to Mexico okay?" Paul said. I nodded slowly and was About to close the door but paul stop me, i know he is going to ask me what's wrong.

"You okay? You very quite today.." He said looking at me worry. I turn my head to look at him with a fake smile on my face. I nodded and look at him calmly. "Well okay then, if you need anything you can tell me or the other guys.." He said. I gave him thumbs ups and close my door.(i don't need anything, i already got what i wanted which it is hate) i thought to myself. I went to my bed and lay down with a sigh. I grab my phone and my headphones. I put on my own song that i created which it's call "fake smile".

As i was listing to it and began to get sleepy so i slowly close my eyes and fell asleep as the song was still going.

Paul's pov
I was walking down stairs towards the living room where eric and gene were talking. I was still thinking about carly, i feel like she's lieing but she did nodded that she was okay but why didn't she talk?. "Hello?!!!! Earth to paullll!!! Gene yelled. I snap out of my thoughts and glare at him. "Will you stop yelling gene?!" I said to him. "Hey, i was trying to make you stop thinking so you should thank me!" Gene smirk. Eric began laughing. I roll my eyes and sat down next to them.

"Hey guys, have you began to notice carly?" I ask. "No, why?" Eric said looking at me weirdly. "Because she's not even talking! And she's even in her room, not wanted to come out!" I said. *Sigh* "paul, don't worry maybe she's just tried or she doesn't feel like talking.." Eric said. I was about to say something else but there was a loud snore which it was gene sleeping!. "Sleepy head.." I mutter. Me and eric were talking for a while just then eric had to go somewhere so he left me with the sleepy head.

I sigh and just continue watching the TV.

Carly's pov

(Dream)

"Hey mom.."  "Yes darling?"  "When will i get a boyfriend?"  "When you grow up sweetie!"  "Aww! But that's going to take forever!"  *Sigh* "well you'll just have to wait, okay..?"   "Okay.."

(End of dream)

I open my eyes quick and sat up. I sigh and look at the time, it was 5:50pm. "Great, i almost slept the all day and i didn't even pack my stuff, stupid me.." I said to myself. I started packing my stuff and just then i stop what i was doing when i saw my dad's necklace that he gave me when i was a little girl. I'm sure he's happy on the other side wacthing me becoming a singer that i always wanted to be. I smile slightly and put the necklace around my neck. After for a while, i was done packing my stuff.

Just then my stomach began to growl and i remember that i haven't even ate nothing. I went down to the living room where i saw gene and paul asleep in the couch which it wanted to make me giggle but i didn't. I grab a muffin and a water bottle. I was about to head back to my room but then i bump into someone. "Oh god, sorry carly i didn't see you there!" Someone whisper. I look up and it was amber. "Are you alright..?" She ask. I glare at her slightly and walk past her quick.

I went back to my room and took a bite of the muffin while watching a video on my phone then i realize it was 7:00pm. I sigh and quickly went to the bathroom to brush my teeth. I came out of the bathroom and change into my sleeping clothes and went to lay down on my bed. I look at the ceiling for a while as a flashback came up.

"Well, you'll just have to wait okay..?"

My eyes widen slightly and my hands started to tremble. "I-i already w-wait to m-much.." I said to myself quietly. I close my eyes and feel asleep as one tear slide down my cheek.
