Dragon Descendants 2

Chapter Twenty One

"Your back!" I yell as I can't let go of him, I hug him so tightly.

We begin to fly up as Theron helps Adam onto Jackson's Dragon.

"I miss you so much," I confess as my arms are wrapped around him as he flies his dragon.

"You have no idea." He says before he turns around and kisses me. "It will all be good now." He says just before Jackson follows behind us.

The moment we are far from the city we quickly land. I quickly look behind us to see Jackson land, and I run over to hug him as well.

"Your back."

"And you're safe." He puts his hand on my head.

"I told you nothing would happen," Theron says to Jackson.

"So you finally met. Took your time."

"There was no need for a surprise brother to come into the picture at a random time."

"Well thanks for watching over her."

Jackson seems different when he speaks to Theron. Like he isn't connected through an emotional means, but more of an honour and pride way.

"I also helped." Adam steps out from behind Theron.

It doesn't take long for Jackson to grab Adam by the neck and hold him up against a nearby tree.

"I... told you so," Adam says to me as he tries to breathe.

"Jackson let him go! He hasn't done anything." I try to get him off, even though I don't like Adam he doesn't deserve to die.

Jackson hesitantly lets him go.

"You have gotten stronger." Adam rubs his neck,

"You still are annoying." Jackson turns from him.

"So where are we off to now?" Ashton stands beside me, throwing his arm over my shoulder.

"Walking to our sisters," Theron explains,

"Sisters?" Ashton questions.

"Rhea and Mahalia are our sisters. Descendants as well."

"Are we hunting the Descendants now?" Jackson questions.

Adam, Theron and I look at the two of them. "You don't know what is going on?" I ask,

"Not really. We now know you're wanted." Ashton clarifies what they know.

"The entire country is after us." Theron tells, "Not even just this country, everyone wants us."

"Why?" Jackson seems worried now,

"They learnt that Descendants played a part in the last war. That is why we try to stay out of these things. They know how powerful we are and are trying to use us to start a world war. Country against country." Theron shares more then he ever has.

"So all Descendants are fugitives?"

"Basically yeah."

"So why is Adam here?" We all look at him.

"He escaped with us, so now people think he is one too. They probably assume he is the dark descendant." Theron adds.

"So we are stuck with him?"

"Can you stop acting like I'm not here. Sorry to inform you. I am not thrilled either."

"So how long do we have? Or is it all the time in the world at this point."
