ever changing
she falls in love with a boy.
She knows she's out of his league.
more over not his type.

its pounding hard against her rib cage
its like a bird wanting to be free
she hears it in her ears

she calms down
he looks at her curious as to why she looks as if she just lost something

she feels him staring.
she looks up
the pounding starts again.
He smiles and places his hand where his heart is
he feels something funny
its the slow steady beat of his heart
she looks away from him
shes nothing more than a common girl
but he has everything he could ask for in life
hes the star football player
he should be with the head cheerleader
that's how it is in all the movies anyway
but he noticed her instead
its a joke but the beating of her heart says otherwise.
he comes closer to her
his heart beating in time with hers
like a drum
he knows shes the one
She can't believe he enjoys her company
maybe everything you see in movies isnt true
