Days went by, weeks went by but Jungkook found nothing. Sailing over the dangerous waters, the only thing that he accomplished, was triggering the worries of his friends. He was starting to get impatient and his friends were the ones that suffered from it.

Also this day, where the sky was colourless grey and the sea seemed dead. The waves were low and it didn't look like they were on one of the most dangerous waters of the sea, but that their ship was marching through a lake.

"When are you going to forget that creature, Jungkook?" Hoseok lay a hand on his shoulder. "Go on with your life. He is gone."

Jungkook shook his head and turned the steering wheel to the right. "We will find him. We're looking in the right place. I'm sure that if we stay a little longer he'll show up."

He could see how Hoseok gave his friends looks. Looks that told them he was acting like a mad man. Jungkook couldn't deny he was.

"Come on, Jungkook. Let's go home. It has been weeks since you've seen him." Jimin now tried. "How do you even know he's real?"

He ignored them and grit his teeth. Somewhere he knew they had a point. But they weren't in his position. They hadn't seen him. The alluring figure, face and voice made him go mad. The urge to find him was too strong while his stomach growled in anticipation.

He turned around and faced his friends. Namjoon and Jin had no time to go with him so they had decided to stay home. Jimin, being too kind hearted to say no, had gone with him. Hoseok couldn't let Jungkook go alone and neither did Yoongi. Both followed Jungkook in his search for someone that couldn't be found.

"He's not appearing because you guys are here. I was alone when he came... and.. and it was night! I need to be here alone at night." Jungkook rambled and turned around to face the ocean again.

"Jungkook..." Hoseok began. "You're not going to find him. Let him go."

Jungkook shook his head. Didn't they get it? He couldn't. The siren, with his beautiful eyes, his beautiful lips, his beautiful voice. It followed him. It haunted him in every dream. Every night again he got tortured by the almost touches, by his enchanting eyes and by the singing that made him lose his mind. He wanted to find the creature. Find it, and catch it.
