The light looks of my damp blonde hair hung from my eyes as I took it the sight in front of me. The battlefield, war ground... The high school cafeteria. I held my tray in my hands walking slowly through the crowds of people.

My dark converse squished on the floor as my eyes wandered hopelessly for my group of the day.
The artificially raven haired teens sat in silence sipping their red grape juice. The slightly more depressed looking member eyed me up and down cracking a small smirk.

I averted my eyes to the other end of the cafeteria, black and red jackets were all I could see as the jocks whistled my way. Rolling my eyes I approached their table ignoring the stares of their side pieces.

Dropping my tray on the scarlet table the empty minded jocks cheered and slapped each others shoulders. Chad the MVP wrapped his slimy arms around my waist dragging my behind closer to himself.

I sent him a wicked glare and he sent me the same smile he used to get the ladies into bed. His brown hair was slicked back without a single strand out if place. They looked like skinny toothpicks stuck into his head. Each drew back allowing his eyes to illuminate.

The emerald orbs tinting toward silver stared at me in mischief. His rosy lips drew up into a wider smirk as caught on that I was checking him out. "Looks like you couldn't resist me after all". He puckered his lips childishly as I turned my head.

His lips landed on my cheek as I busied myself with French fries. I could almost hear his pout as he whimpered like a dog. The French fries were actually horrible, everything in the cafeteria was horrible actually.

"I wonder if she has another towel unde- " Everyone's faces turned to Tyler as he settled at the table. He was out of my line is sight. Chad squeezed his fist as it slowly turned white.

"What? Who knew Brina had such a nice body?" I poked my head from behind half of Chad's body as my eyes welled up. Tyler had a look of shock written on his face and blushed bright red.

Standing up from the table I took a quick breath. I stood up and stormed out. Most would throw a drink or start a food fight, but I cherished my money. Swivelling back around I snatched my burger.

Bringing it to my mouth I threw all table manners aside. Grease poured down my chin as I bit straight into the layered tower of fat. I smacked the burger onto the plate glaring Tyler's way.

I knew for the whole day that Chad must have threatened every pupil in the school not to speak about this mornings incident. But now that's his best friend has spoken of it gave them the liberty to do what they wanted.

Now I noticed the every whisper, and every stare that was directed at me. The spotlight was on me. But not in a good way. I sprinted for the door, the double door swung forward, I took one last look back at the cafeteria. Spinning round red was all I could see as the door came straight for my face.

I stumbled backwards as my nose stung and I groaned in agitation. "Why now?" I hushed as I swore and dashed for the nurses office. The janitor was mopping the floor, "Hey you okay".

"Just leave me alone!"

He looked taken back and lifted his hands in the air. Approaching the nurses office my nose started to trickle liquid. My hand came in contact with the door and it juggled. I snapped it up and down but the door wouldn't budge.

Rolling my eyes I headed for the janitor's closet hoping I would find something of good use there. I swung open the door and the light flickered on and off giving an eerie vibe. I entered carefully hoping not to knock anything over.

Shelves were stacked with unknown cleaning supplies. Finding something that was definitely smelt like alcohol I reached for it. The can wavered as I steadied the shelf. I took a breathe, reaching my hand up once again I managed to come in contact with the can.

Too much contact.

The can moved forward and back before it came tumbling down.
