I'm no princess

It was a Sunday morning, I had stayed over the night before and we watched as many Disney movies as humanly possible in one sitting, so I was exhausted.

"Get up, foods ready" someone said, it's probably Virgil, but when I opened my eyes I saw Patton. I pretended that I didn't know who it was.

"Patton, is that you?"

"Yep" HAHA that was a lie, I'll pretend not to know.

"Morning" I got up and clumsily, I was REALLY tired, and sat next to Logan. I pretended to reach over the table to get something and whispered to Logan.

"That is not Patton, tell Princey, Virgil and Thomas"

I saw Logan tell the others when 'Patton' asked,

"What are you talking about?"

"Oh, um, we were just saying how..."Princey started, with me quickly interrupted,

"... How cute your looking today"

"Oh, thank you!" Whoever it was trying to be Patton said.

"Pretend it's normal until lunch, someone will nudge you and then we'll tell him that we know" Logan discreetly whispers in my ear. I slightly nodded my head, so that 'Patton' couldn't see but Logan know that I understand.

(Whoop, time skip to lunch)

"So, Patton," Thomas starts "we want to talk to you"

"OK" the real Patton would never pass up the opportunity to say 'okie dokie'.

"You are not yourself" Logan says matter-of-factly.

"What do you mean?" He... she... it? Replied.

Princey lightly nudges my arm.

"I can tell when someone is lying, and you are. You are not Patton." I say projecting my speech as if I was acting.

"You are... DECEIT!" Princey proclaims, sticking a pose for added effect, he's so cute like that. I quickly dismiss the thought because we have to get Patton back, but I can feel myself blushing.

Patton's, sorry, Deceit's happy expression disappears, and he starts clapping slowly. Everything he does seems sarcastic.

"Well done" he says, still in the form of Patton. "You figured it out" finally turning back into himself. I was too busy taking in his true form to notice what he said next "now, if you don't mind, I'll be taking my new princess" he grabs my rist, pulling me back to reality, and pulling me to a portal. I tried to fight but his grip was too tight. Virgil's look of panic soon turned to rage, he grabbed my other rist with both arms, trying to save me. It still didn't work. I didn't have time to think, so I just went with my first instinct, I kicked his stomach. He let go of my rist, held his stomach and fell through the portal. As the portal disappeared, Princey and Virgil held me close to them, both cradling my head. I just looked straight ahead, blankly, at where the portal had been.

"Are you having a cuddle party without meee?" A voice said from the stairs, it was Patton, the real Patton, he ran down the stairs and jumped on top of all of us, and Thomas stood in front of me and made sure I was okay.

"I'm okay, I don't need any help" all of a sudden, I loose my balance and find myself lying underneath everyone except Thomas and Logan. "Actually, I may need a little help." Princey, Virgil and Patton chuckle and get off me, and Thomas helps me up, after he finished laughing.

Virgil said how cool it was that I saved myself, he was... blushing! I thanked him and turned around to see Priney.

"Deceit has made a very big mistake, fair maiden" I love when he's over the top, he seems so brave. "He called you princess, when you are clearly a knight" he bowed and kissed my hand, I grow bright red, but I decide to play along.

"Thank you, handsome prince" I say, curtsying. Roman smile at me as his cheeks turn pink. So do mine.
