False Alarm

Logan's pov

It was getting dark and Patton still wasn't back. I was getting really worried. (Y/n) had been placed down on the table so I went and sat at the kitchen table.

After some time, everyone else went to bed; first Virgil, then Roman; and Patton still wasn't back and wasn't going to sleep until he was.

An hour had passed and I feared for the worst. Eventually I gave in and went to get him.

When I arrived I saw Patton and Deceit in the same place they were in when we left. Deceit was lying on Patton's lap with Patton stroking Deceits hair.

"Patton," I murmured, "are you okay?"

"Yeah" he turned to Deceit "I'm gonna go now, is that okay kiddo?"

Deceit nodded his head and we left.

We arrived back and I took Patton to bed. Just as I was about to leave he grabbed my wrist.

"Can you stay?" He asked, making puppy dog eyes. I couldn't say no to that face so I climbed into his bed. He immediately wrapped his arms around me. I could feel his body warmth next to me and I felt safe. I quickly fell asleep.

3rd person

Everyone slept peacefully, so peaceful that they didn't hear Deceit come into the living room, pick up (y/n) and leave.
