Blood stains covering the wall,
Smiles burned into it.

The smiles almost block out the crimson blotches,
Making it appear normal.

The wall silently screaming,
For it has no voice.

No one sees how broken it is,
No one would care.

They only see the yellow smiles branded into the damaged plaster,
Making them believe it doesn't need to be fixed.

"There's nothing wrong with it",
Yet they haven't looked inside.

Inside its corroding,
Becoming more unstable every second.

"The wall can't have feelings",
Yet all it feels is pain.

The wall just wants to collapse,
Ending the suffering.

All it wants to do is feel ok again.
