Chapter 10 - Childhood Friends

*The next day - 9:00am*

*RING RING*, the bell alerted students that todays first lectures were starting , "Mmm", Blaze slowly started waking up from his long night in the secret garden. He sat up and balanced his elbow on the bench's arm as the slow realisation of him not being in his dorm sank in. Blaze grumpily rubbed his head "Oh shit, I forgot I was here last night....ugh, what time is it?", he pulled out his phone and checked the time, "9:01am!? Shit shit shit shit I'm so dead!" with speed faster than an F1 race car Blaze ran across the campus towards the sports department completely forgetting that he hadn't showered, changed clothes or grabbed his bag filled with his books. As Blaze reached the door he sneakily peeked through seeing Coach facing the opposite direction towards the windows, he decided that this was the time to sneak in, quietly Blaze tiptoed into the room slowly making his way over to his seat. Kai was already sat in his seat, he watched as Blaze snook in and couldn't help but let out a little laugh. Blaze frantically waved his arms at Kai telling him to be quiet, Kai complied. As blaze finally made it to his seat the chair let out a loud screech along the hard wooden floor.

Coach: "Oh Blaze, how lovely of you to join us this morning".

Blaze looked around in embarrassment. All the other college students were laughing and whispering. Kai peered at Blaze and couldn't help but feel bad for laughing earlier.

Coach: "Seems your 'friend' over their actually made it on time this morning. You might want to start thinking about stepping up your game if you want to pass this class boy".

Blaze peered behind him to see Ein sat in his usual seat. But he had messy untreated hair, last nights sweaty gym clothes on and Bacon hanging out of his school bag. This time Ein was staring at the wall, trying to avoid eye contact with Blaze. Suddenly Blaze remembered what had occurred last night. *Flashback of Ein's sultry stare grazing along his thigh*. Blazes face turned red and faced the ground.

Blaze: "Yes Coach, I apologise. There was-....You see there was thi-."

Coach: " No need for a pathetic excuse. It won't change my mind about giving you a pink slip".
(Pink slip- basically a warning card for being late or missing a class. If you gather 3 pink slips in 1 semester, you will have to do community work or volunteering)

Blaze flopped down onto his chair. Ears drooped and lips pouting like a baby. He didn't want to disappoint Coach, passing this class was Blazes ticket to helping his family afford a better life. Blaze fared immensely for his family, he'd do anything for them, especially his little sister.

*2 hours later* RING RING
Coach: "Right kids that's the end for today's lecture, remember to relook through all your notes from today's lesson. And Blaze don't forget to collect your pink slip from my desk."

Students piled out of the lecture rooms and into the corridors. Ein quickly barged past Blaze ignoring him completely. "Why the fuck is he trying to avoid me? Shouldn't it be the other way around? I'm the one who got molested for fuck sake" Blaze quietly said to himself. "Hey Blaze waits up!" A friendly voice could be heard from across the hallway, it was Kai. "Really sorry about earlier. Wish I could of helped you out. Hey why don't I buy you lunch, my treat" Kai insisted. "Kai, really I'm ok. I ain't gonna cry about a stupid little slip. But I will take that offer if your willing to pay" Blaze said with a cheeky grin. Kai laughed, " Haha alright then, let's go." Kai grabbed Blaze by his wrist and started walking towards the cafe. If this were any other day Blaze would probably be flustered and punching Kai to let go of his wrist, but today he needed something to put his mind off Ein. He didn't want to think about what that jerk did any longer. Kai is a fun and jokey kind of guy, Blaze needed a good laugh. Along with some cheesecake of course.

Ein arrived back at the dorm room. Finally taking off his gym clothes and into a causal white shirt with black ripped jeans. He sat on the end of his bed and opened his phone. 'No messages', "Heh, what did I expect." Ein fell backwards landing on his pillow. "Ugh, why the fuck do I feel so shitty. It ain't because of that fur ball is it? He's probably already gone and sucked Kai's dick for all I know." Ein stared at the ceiling and unwillingly imagined Blaze sucking him off. "ARRGGHHH! Brain wtf are you doing to me! Do you want me to like this guy!?". Ein grabbed his phone and searched 'How can you tell if you like someone?', Ein clicked on Yahoo answers and the best answer said 'If u want to see him evryday.thinking of him,cant sleep!'. "....fan-fucking-tastic". Ein shoved a pillow over his face and tried to get some sleep, from his restless last night.

"Wait! So you mean your little brother isn't a Meif'wa, not even half?" Blaze exclaimed. "Yup, you got that right" Kai answered. " But that makes no sense? Both your parents are Meif'wa's ? Shouldn't that automatically make any off spring the same breed?", "Don't look at me, I don't control genetics. All I know is that the doctors said he had some sort of rouge gene". "Wow, that's crazy. I wonder what it feels like to be normal" Blaze murmured. "What was that?" Kai questioned. "Oh never mind". Blaze and Kai had both finished their cheesecakes, along with a side of fries. (look don't ask me why their ordered fries with cheesecake, these boys are weird)."Well I better be off then" blaze claimed. "You heading off to your dorm? Correct me if I'm wrong but you and Ein, I think was his name, do you have something against each other?" Kai asked. Blaze looked up at Kai, "Why'd you think that?", "Well I just never see you too together, being dorm mates n all I'd think you'd be close. Also this morning in class I could sense a lot of tension between you too". Blaze quickly replied yelling "You know what your right, I hate that bastard! Like who the fuck does he think he is? He can't just force me to be his personal play thing, I have standards. I ain't just a sex toy he can play with when ever he's 'horny'. What made him think he could just come barging onto me like a hungry wolf, what makes him have the right to-" Blaze suddenly stopped and soon realised what he had just said. Kai sat their like a stick. Blaze looked around and quickly went into his wallet to pull out his credit card, "lets just pay and get out of here". Completely ignoring Kai Blaze payed for the meal and walked out. Kai followed. "Hey! Where are you going? I thought I said this treat was on me". "Sorry Kai, I Umm...I've got loads of work to do, yeah LOADS like BUCKETS full. I'll text you later. Adios!". Blaze ran in the direction of the dorms. Kai was left stranded outside the cafe, alone. "He realises were in the same class right? Gosh that lying little pup. Heh"Kai laughed."How cute. Ein the mad wolf ey. Never thought he'd have the guts to make a move". Kai looked up at the cloudy sky. "Looks like it's going to rain". "Don't worry Blaze. I'll soon have you right where I want you. My little pup". Kai pulled out a picture from his wallet. It was a picture of Kai as a young kitten and a young pup with crimson hair both wearing football kits. "It won't be long now. My friend".
